इसके साथ ही उन्होंने स्कूलों में मशरूम गार्डन विकसित करने हेतु सभी भोजन माताओं को तीन चरणों में मशरूम उत्पादन में प्रशिक्षित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इस सम्बन्ध में जिलाधिकारियों को उद्यान विभाग के माध्यम से मशरूम के बीजों की व्यवस्था हेतु निर्देश दिए गए हैं। मशरूम उत्पादन के लिए बेस मटेरियल के रूप में पिरूल का उपयोग किया जाएगा ताकि उत्पादन लागत कम हो।

प्रशिक्षित भोजन माताओं द्वारा स्कूलों में मशरूम गार्डन विकसित करने की गतिविधि में छात्रों को भी सम्मिलित किया जा सकता है, ताकि भविष्य में वे कृषि उद्यमी (Agro Entrepreneur) के रूप में भी कार्य कर सके। सभी डीएम को खाली भूमि पर मिलेट्स की खेती के विस्तार की कार्ययोजना पर भी कार्य करने निर्देश दिए गए हैं। सीएस ने जिलाधिकारियों को ईट राइट मेले आयोजित करने को कहा है।

मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने सभी जिलाधिकारियों को स्कूलों में क्षतिग्रस्त किचन की मरम्मत मनेरगा/विधायक निधि/वित्त आयोग/जिला योजना एवं अन्य सम्यक योजनाओं आदि से प्राथमिकता पर कराने निर्देश दिए हैं।

उन्होंने सभी जनपदों से विद्यालयों में ‘‘विशेष भोज’’ के आयोजन एवं किचन गार्डन के आधार पर ग्रेडिंग प्रणाली की सूचना तत्काल प्रेषित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। वर्ष 2025-26 में ग्रेडिंग प्रणाली को पुनरीक्षित किया जाएगा। सीएस ने पीएम पोषण के तहत भोजन माताओं की व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता हेतु एसओपी तैयार करते हुए अनिवार्यतः पालन सुनिश्चित कराये जाने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

आज की बैठक में पीएम पोषण से जनपद देहरादून का 01 सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालय, हरिद्वार के 06 मदरसों एवं जनपद ऊधमसिंह नगर के 02 मदरसों को योजना से आच्छादित करने पर मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती रतूड़ी ने अनुमोदन प्रदान किया। इसके साथ ही वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में प्रधानमंत्री पोषण शक्ति निर्माण (पीएम पोषण) के तहत प्रदेश में 06 ईट राइट स्कूल विकसित करने हेतु भारत सरकार को प्रस्ताव भेजने पर तथा वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में पीएम पोषण के तहत 120 भोजनमाताओं को मशरूम उत्पादन प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने के लिए धनराशि उपलब्ध कराने हेतु भारत सरकार को प्रस्ताव प्रेषित करने पर अनुमति प्रदान की।
