हरिद्वार लोकसभा सीट से भाजपा का टिकट मिलने के बाद लोकसभा क्षेत्र में पहली बार पहुंचने पर त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने अपनी छाप छोड़ दी। नारसन बॉर्डर से शुरू हुआ त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत का रोड शो रुड़की तक पहुंचा जिसमें भारी संख्या में भाजपा कार्यकर्ता मौजूद रहे। जगह-जगह त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत का भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं के द्वारा भव्य स्वागत किया गया। रोड शो में वाहनों की लंबी कतारे नजर आई और रोड शो में उमड़ी भीड़ को देखकर त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत भी बहुत खुश नजर आए। वहीं टिकट मिलने के बाद त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत की पहली एंट्री ने अपना दमखम दिखाया जिसे देखकर विरोधियों में भी हलचल सी पैदा हो गई। रुड़की में पहुंचने पर कई जगह त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत का फूल मालाओं और आतिशबाजी से जोरदार स्वागत किया गया। इस दौरान त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने कहा कि कार्यकर्ताओं में खासा जोश देखने को मिला है जिसको लेकर उनके पास कोई शब्द नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा की कार्यकर्ताओं ने गर्मजोशी के साथ उनका स्वागत किया है जिसको लेकर वह सभी का आभार व्यक्त करते हैं।
उधर, हरिद्वार लोकसभा सीट से भाजपा के उम्मीदवार त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत का विशाल रोड शो ऋषिकेश विधानसभा में पहुंचने पर क्षेत्रीय विधायक व मंत्री डॉ प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल ने भव्य स्वागत किया। इस दौरान पुष्प वर्षा कर एक स्वर में भाजपा उम्मीदवार त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत को भारी मतों से जीतने का आवाहन किया गया। इस अवसर पर हरिपुरकलां, रायवाला, नेपाली फार्म, श्यामपुर चौकी, आईडीपीएल, दून तिराहे पर सैकड़ों की संख्या पर कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित रहे।
