देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि भ्रष्टाचार, अतिक्रमण और अवैध कब्जों पर सरकार का प्रहार जारी रहेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले तीन वर्षों के कार्यकाल के दौरान अनेक चुनौतियों सामने आईं, लेकिन उनका जनता के बीच खड़े होकर सामना किया।

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के कथन के अनुसार ही उत्तराखण्ड प्रगति कर रहा है। निश्चित तौर पर यह दशक उत्तराखण्ड का होगा।

तीन वर्ष का कार्यकाल पूरा होने के अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने शनिवार कोे सीएम आवास स्थित मुख्य सेवक सदन में पत्रकारों से बातचीत की। उन्होंने राज्य सरकार की उपलब्धियों का जिक्र किया और भविष्य के लिए अपनी प्राथमिकताओं को भी साझा किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वर्ष 2022 में राजनीतिक विश्लेषकों का मानना था कि भाजपा की सरकार वापसी नहीं कर पाएगी। क्योंकि इस तरह की परिपाटी नहीं रही है। मगर जनता ने भाजपा को आशीर्वाद देकर फिर से राज सौंप दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि तीन वर्ष में सरकार के सामने कई तरह की चुनौतियां आईं, लेकिन सरकार ने धरातल पर जाकर उसका सामना किया। रैणी, सिल्क्यारा, केदार घाटी से लेकर हालिया माणा की आपदा का जिक्र करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि संकट के समय पीछे रहकर काम नहीं किया जाता।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री ने वर्ष 2047 में जिस विकसित भारत का संकल्प लिया है, उसमें अपनी भूमिका निभाने के लिए उत्तराखण्ड पूरी सामर्थ्य से काम कर रहा है। उन्होंने कनेक्टिविटी के विस्तार की बात करते हुए कई उदाहरण दिए और कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड अपनी क्षमताओं का आंकलन करते हुए इसी अनुरूप व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित कर रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में अवैध निर्माण, कब्जों, अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ अभियान लगातार जारी रहेगा। भ्रष्टाचार पर और सख्त प्रहार किए जाएंगेे।

यूसीसी, भू-कानून, नकल विरोेधी जैसे कानूनों का जिक्र करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार महत्वपूर्ण मसलों को ठंडे बस्ते में डालने में यकीन नहीं करती। इसलिए प्रमुख मुद्दों पर फैसले किए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि महिलाओं के लिए 30 फीसदी आरक्षण समेत लखपति दीदी जैसी योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन से मातृ शक्ति के कल्याण के लिए ठोस कदम आगे बढ़ाए गए हैं। आंदोलनकारियों के लिए दस फीसदी क्षैतिज आरक्षण की व्यवस्था की गई है। प्रवासी उत्तराखण्डियों के सम्मेलन केे माध्यम सेे प्रवासियों को राज्य के साथ जोड़ा गया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रति व्यक्ति आय के मामले में राज्य का पूरे देश में 13 वां स्थान पर आना सुखद संकेत है। ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट हो या जी-20 बैठकों का आयोजन उत्तराखण्ड को इन आयोजनों से दूरगामी लाभ मिला है। सतत विकास लक्ष्यों के इंडेक्स में देश में पहला स्थान महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि रजत जयंती वर्ष मेें राज्य का सालाना बजट एक लाख करोड़ को पार कर जाना बताता है कि चुनौतियों के बावजूद हम सही राह पर आगे बढ़ रहे हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने वर्ष 2027 में कुंभ और इसके बाद नंदा राजजात का भी जिक्र किया और कहा कि सरकार इसके लिए तैयारी कर रही है। उन्होंने राष्ट्रीय खेलो के आयोजन से जुड़ी सफलता की भी चर्चा की। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी ने चारधाम यात्रा, शीतकालीन यात्रा समेत राज्य के कई स्थानों पर पहुंचकर पर्यटन विकास में अभूतपूर्व योगदान किया।

इस अवसर पर विधायक श्री खजान दास, महंत दिलीप रावत, श्री राजकुमार पोरी और महानिदेशक सूचना श्री बंशीधर तिवारी उपस्थित थे।
