मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को हाथीबड़कला में प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के मन की बात का 116वां संस्करण सुना। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री का मन की बात कार्यक्रम हमेशा प्रेरणादायक होता है। देश के सामूहिक प्रयासों, युवा सपनों और नागरिकों की आकांक्षाओं की बात को प्रधानमंत्री सबसे साझा कर, बेहतर कार्यों के लिए देशवासियों को प्रेरित करते हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री ने युवाओं को एनसीसी से जोड़ने के लिए आग्रह किया है। एनसीसी युवाओं में अनुशासन, नेतृत्व और सेवा की भावना पैदा करती है । उन्होंने प्रदेश के युवाओं से अपील की है कि वे एनसीसी से अवश्य जुड़े। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा चलाया गया ‘एक पेड़ मां के नाम’ अभियान अब अन्य देशों में भी फैल रहा है, यह हमारे लिए गर्व का विषय है। उत्तराखण्ड में भी इस अभियान के तहत व्यापक स्तर पर वृक्षारोपण किया गया है।
इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल, गणेश जोशी, सुबोध उनियाल, राज्यसभा सांसद एवं भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष महेन्द्र भट्ट, लोकसभा सांसद श्रीमती माला राज्यलक्ष्मी शाह, विधायक खजान दास, उमेश शर्मा काऊ, सहदेव सिंह पुण्डीर, श्रीमती सविता कपूर एवं अन्य जन प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे।
