मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को चार हेली सेवाओं का हरी झंडी दिखाकर शुभारंभ किया है। इन सेवाओं के जरिए जरिए देहरादून से नैनीताल, बागेश्वर और मसूरी और हल्द्वानी से बागेश्वर का हवाई सम्पर्क स्थापित हो गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि “उड़ान“ योजना के अंतर्गत शुरू की जा रही इन चार हेली सेवाओं से राज्य में पर्यटन एवं आर्थिक विकास को गति मिलेगी। बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी से स्थानीय लोगों के जीवन में सकारात्मक बदलाव आयेंगे। बागेश्वर नैनीताल और मसूरी सांस्कृतिक और आध्यात्मिक दृष्टि से भी महत्वपूर्ण हैं। इन क्षेत्रों की प्राकृतिक सुंदरता, शांत वादियाँ, हरे-भरे पहाड़, ऐतिहासिक मंदिर और समृद्ध संस्कृति देश और दुनिया भर के पर्यटकों को आकर्षित करती हैं। नैनीताल अपनी मनोरम झीलों, नयना देवी शक्तिपीठ और कैंची धाम जैसे प्रसिद्ध धार्मिक स्थलों के लिए प्रसिद्ध है। सरयू और गोमती नदी के पावन संगम पर स्थित बागेश्वर का क्षेत्र, पवित्र बागनाथ मंदिर और प्रसिद्ध उत्तरायणी मेले के लिए जाना जाता है। हेली सेवा की शुरुआत से अब इन क्षेत्रों की प्राकृतिक और सांस्कृतिक धरोहरों का आनंद लेने वाले पर्यटक यहां और भी आसानी से पहुंच सकेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि देहरादून से इन स्थानों पर पहुंचने में सड़क मार्ग से लगभग 8 से 10 घंटे लगते हैं, इस सेवा के प्रारंभ होने से यह यात्रा करीब 1 घंटे की हो जाएगी। इमरजेंसी की स्थिति में इन क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले हमारे लोगों को बहुत सहायता मिलेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आम आदमी को भी हवाई यात्रा करने में सक्षम बनाने के उद्देश्य से उड़ान योजना प्रारंभ की थी। इस योजना ने प्रदेश में हवाई संपर्क को मज़बूत करने में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया है। जिसके अंतर्गत राज्य के कई हिस्सों में हवाई पट्टियों और हेलीपोर्ट्स का विकास किया गया है। राज्य में 18 हेलीपोर्ट्स से हेली सेवाओं के संचालन की दिशा में कार्य किया जा रहा है, जिनमें से अब तक 12 हेलीपोर्ट्स पर सेवाएं सफलतापूर्वक प्रारंभ की जा चुकी हैं। इन हेली सेवाओं से अब तक गौचर, श्रीनगर, चिन्यालीसौड़, हल्द्वानी, मुन्स्यारी, पिथौरागढ़, पंतनगर, चंपावत और अल्मोड़ा जैसे महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों को सफलतापूर्वक जोड़ा जा चुका है। उन्होंने कहा कि हेली सेवाएं राज्य में न केवल आवागमन को सुगम बनाएंगी, बल्कि दैवीय आपदा के समय राज्य के दूरस्थ और दुर्गम क्षेत्रों के लिए भी एक जीवनरेखा के रूप में भी कार्य करेंगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार राज्य में हवाई संपर्क को और अधिक सशक्त बनाने के लिए घरेलू उड़ानों को बढ़ावा देने के साथ ही उत्तराखंड को वैश्विक स्तर पर एक प्रमुख गंतव्य के रूप में स्थापित करने के उद्देश्य से अंतरराष्ट्रीय उड़ानों के विस्तार के लिए भी लगातार प्रयासरत है।

सप्ताह में सात दिन संचालित होगी सेवा
देहरादून से मसूरी की हेली सेवा उत्तराखंड हवाई सम्पर्क योजना के तहत संचालित की जा रही है, जबकि शेष तीन हेली सेवाएं केंद्र सरकार की क्षेत्रीय सम्पर्क योजना के तहत संचालित की जा रही हैं। देहरादून – मसूरी के बीच पांच सीटर, जबकि शेष जगहों के लिए सात सीटर हेलीकॉप्टर सेवाएं देगा। देहरादून से बागेश्वर, नैनीताल और और हल्द्वानी से बागेश्वर की हेली सेवा सप्ताह में सातों दिन दिन में दो बार संचालित होगी। जबकि मसूरी देहरादून हेली सेवा पहले माह में प्रतिदिन एक उड़ान भरेगी।
