मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने ऑफिसर्स क्लब, ओएनजीसी, देहरादून में बूढ़ी दिवाली, ईगास पर भेलो खेला

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को ऑफिसर्स क्लब, ओएनजीसी, देहरादून में बूढ़ी दिवाली, ईगास के अवसर पर हिमगिरि ओहो उमंगोत्सव कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने भेलो भी खेला।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सभी को इगास की शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि हिमगिरि सोसायटी निरंतर समाज की सेवा का रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा लोक संस्कृति, लोक परंपराएं, पहाड़ी परिधान हमारे राज्य की विशिष्ट पहचान और आत्मा है।

यह हमारे गौरवशाली इतिहास का प्रतीक है। बूढ़ी दीवाली और ईगास राज्य की आस्था का प्रतीक भी है। हमारी आने वाली पीढ़ी तक लोक संस्कृति को पहुंचाना हम सभी का दायित्व है। हमारी परंपराओं के पीछे बड़ी और शानदार कहानियां हैं। पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में भगवान श्री राम के विजय का समाचार देर से पहुंचा इसलिए कई इलाकों में दिवाली 11 दिन बाद बनाई जाती है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आज के दिन से हमारे सभी शुभ कार्य प्रारंभ हो जाते हैं। उन्होंने जनता से अपने-अपने गांव में जाकर लोकपर्व बनाने और इसे अन्य लोगों तक भी पहुंचाने का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने कहा त्योहारों के अवसर पर उत्तराखंडी प्रवासी अपने गांव का रुख कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने उत्तराखंडी प्रवासियों से भी घरों में लौटकर लोकपर्वो को बनाने का आग्रह किया।

उन्होंने कहा राज्य सरकार रिवर्स माइग्रेशन के क्षेत्र में जमीन स्तर पर कार्य कर रही है। इस वर्ष हमने प्रवासी उत्तराखंडी भाई बहनों के साथ राज्य स्थापना से पहले सम्मेलन करने का निर्णय लिया, जिसके सकारात्मक परिणाम आए है। यह दिवस हम सभी को एक साथ मिलने का अवसर है। आगे भी प्रवासी सम्मेलन दिवस इसी तरह मनाया जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि नीति आयोग द्वारा जारी सतत विकास लक्ष्यों की सूची में उत्तराखंड प्रथम आया है। राज्य सरकार ने यूसीसी विधेयक पारित करके नया इतिहास बनाया है। बीते 3 वर्षों में रिकॉर्ड 18,500 से अधिक युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरियां प्राप्त हुई हैं। धर्मांतरण कानून लागू किया है। साथ ही प्रदेश में दंगा रोधी कानून भी लागू किया गया है, जिसके तहत दंगा करने वाले से ही पाई पाई की वसूली की जाएगी। राज्य सरकार एक सशक्त भू कानून भी लागू करेगी।

इस अवसर पर विधायक श्री सुरेश चौहान, विधायक श्री संजय डोभाल, श्रीमती सुषमा रावत, श्री गोपाल राणा, निदेशक खेल श्री प्रशांत आर्य, आर.जे काव्य, एवं अन्य लोग मौजूद रहे।
