देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने राज्य स्थापना दिवस के अवसर पर कचहरी देहरादून में शहीद स्मारक पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित कर उत्तराखंड राज्य आंदोलन के शहीदों को श्रद्धांजलि दी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आज उत्तराखंड राज्य रजत जयंती वर्ष में प्रवेश कर गया है। हमारे राज्य आंदोलनकारियों द्वारा राज्य निर्माण के लिए किए गए संघर्षों के परिणामस्वरूप ही उत्तराखण्ड राज्य का गठन हुआ। मुख्यमंत्री ने पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री स्वर्गीय अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी का भी इस अवसर पर स्मरण किया जिन्होंने उत्तराखंड राज्य की नींव रखी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य आंदोलनकारियों के सपनों के अनुरूप राज्य को प्रगति के पथ पर अग्रसर करने के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा निरंतर कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में इस दशक को उत्तराखंड का दशक बनाने के लिए हर क्षेत्र में तेजी से कार्य हो रहे हैं। इस अवसर पर राज्यसभा सांसद एवं भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष महेंद्र भट्ट भी उपस्थित थे।
