मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने राज्य के चिकित्सकों को दी बड़ी राहत और सौगात

देहरादून: उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने राज्य के चिकित्सकों को बड़ी राहत और सौगात दी है। प्रांतीय चिकित्सा सेवा संवर्ग के चिकित्साधिकारियों को अब एसडी एसीपी (SD ACP) का लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा। इस संबंध में स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार ने आदेश जारी कर दिए हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य की स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की रीढ़ हमारे डॉक्टर हैं। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से लेकर पहाड़ की कठिन परिस्थितियों में भी चिकित्सक पूरी निष्ठा से कार्य कर रहे हैं। उनके हितों का ध्यान रखना हमारी प्राथमिकता है। एसीपी का लाभ मिलने से चिकित्सकों को न केवल आर्थिक मजबूती मिलेगी बल्कि सेवा के प्रति और अधिक समर्पण की भावना भी बढ़ेगी। सरकार हमेशा अपने डॉक्टरों और स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों के साथ खड़ी है।

स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि सरकार के आदेशानुसार प्रांतीय चिकित्सा सेवा संवर्ग के चिकित्साधिकारियों को एसीपी का लाभ शासनादेश संख्या 654 (दिनांक 14.07.2016) तथा शासनादेश संख्या 154 (दिनांक 04.02.2019) में निहित प्रावधानों के तहत प्रदान किया जाएगा। स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी की संस्तुति के आधार पर इस लाभ की प्रक्रिया पूरी की जाएगी। कुल 196 पदों का विवरण इस प्रकार है। लेवल 11 में 70 पद स्वीकृत हैं जिनका ग्रेड पे ₹5400 है। लेवल 12 में 56 पद हैं जिनका ग्रेड पे ₹6600 निर्धारित है। लेवल 13 में दो श्रेणियाँ हैं, जिनमें 27 पद ₹7600 ग्रेड पे तथा 43 पद ₹8700 ग्रेड पे वाले हैं। इस प्रकार कुल मिलाकर सभी स्तरों को मिलाकर 196 पद बनते हैं।

इस फैसले से बड़ी संख्या में चिकित्साधिकारियों को लाभ मिलेगा और स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को और अधिक सशक्त बनाने में मदद मिलेगी।
