रुद्रप्रयाग : 07-केदारनाथ विधान सभा उप निर्वाचन 2024 की मतगणना प्रक्रिया दोपहर करीब 1ः30 बजे समाप्त हो गई। 13 राउंड में चली मतगणना प्रक्रिया के बाद भाजपा प्रत्याशी आशा नौटियाल को कुल 23814 मत प्राप्त हुए जिसमें ईवीएम के माध्यम से 23130 तथा 684 डाक मतपत्र प्राप्त हुए जबकि कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी मनोज रावत को कुल 18192 मत प्राप्त हुए जिसमें ईवीएम से 18031 तथा 161 डाक मतपत्र से प्राप्त हुए। इस तरह भाजपा अधिकृत प्रत्याशी आशा नौटियाल ने कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी मनोज रावत को 5622 मतों के अंतर से पराजित किया।
इसके अलावा निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी त्रिभुवन सिंह चौहान 9311 मतों के साथ तीसरे स्थान पर रहे जबकि उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल के प्रत्याशी आशुतोष भंडारी 1314 मतों के साथ चौथे, निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी आरपी सिंह 493 पांचवें तथा पीपीआई (डी) के प्रदीप रोशन 483 मतों के साथ छठे स्थान पर रहे। अंतिम दो स्थान पर रहे प्रत्याशियों से अधिक कुल 834 मत नोटा के पक्ष में रहे। पोस्टल बैलेट के 262 निरस्त मत निरस्त किए गए। कुल ईवीएम के माध्यम से 53513 मत प्राप्त हुए। डाक मतपत्र 1190 तथा विधान सभा उप निर्वाचन 54700 मत प्राप्त हुए।
जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी सौरभ गहरवार ने मतगणना सहित पूरी निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न कराने के लिए सभी मतगणना ऑब्जर्वर, मतगणना सुपरवाइजर, मतगणना सहायकों, कार्मिकों, अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों एवं सुरक्षा बलों सहित सभी नोडल अधिकारियों, सहायक नोडल अधिकारियों एवं निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया को संपादित करने में लगे सभी कार्मिकों को बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं दी। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने मीडिया बंधुओं का भी आभार व्यक्त किया। रिटर्निंग अधिकारी अनिल कुमार शुक्ला ने भाजपा प्रत्याशी आशा नौटियाल को विजय प्रमाण-पत्र उपलब्ध कराया।
