रुद्रप्रयाग: केदारनाथ धाम के कपाट 3 नवंबर को शीतकाल के लिए बंद हो गये हैं। कपाट बंद होने के बाद आज विभिन्न पड़ावों से होकर भगवान केदारनाथ की चांदी की पंचमुखी दिव्य चल विग्रह उत्सव मूर्ति डोली में विराजमान हो कर शीतकालीन गद्दीस्थल ओंकारेश्वर मंदिर उखीमठ पहुंच गयी है।
श्रद्धालुओं को अब बाबा केदार की पंचमुखी मूर्ति के दर्शन ओंकारेश्वर मंदिर उखीमठ में हो सकेंगे। पहले पंचमुखी उत्सव मूर्ति को ऊखीमठ पहुंचने पर भंडार गृह में रख दिया जाता था। इस कारण ओंकारेश्वर मंदिर पहुंचने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को पंचमुखी मूर्ति के दर्शन नहीं हो पाते थे।
इस संबंध में हक-हकूकधारियों तथा तीर्थ पुरोहितों ने बदरीनाथ-केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति (बीकेटीसी) अध्यक्ष अजेंद्र अजय से अनुरोध किया था। तीर्थ पुरोहितों का कहना था कि पंचमुखी मूर्ति को भंडार गृह में रखने के बजाय शीतकाल में दर्शन के लिए ओंकारेश्वर मंदिर के गर्भ गृह में रखा जाए, ताकि ऊखीमठ आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को पंचमुखी मूर्ति के दर्शन का लाभ मिल सके।
तीर्थ पुरोहितों व हक-हकुकधारियों के अनुरोध पर व्यापक विचार-विमर्श के बाद बीकेटीसी ने निर्णय किया कि भगवान केदारनाथ जी की पंचमुखी मूर्ति को अब ओंकारेश्वर मंदिर गर्भगृह में विराजमान किया जायेगा, जहां पंचमुखी मूर्ति की निरंतर पूजा-अर्चना की जायेगी। बीकेटीसी अध्यक्ष अजेंद्र ने इस प्रस्ताव को अपनी स्वीकृति दे दी है।
