पौड़ी गढ़वाल: आयुक्त गढ़वाल विनय शंकर पाण्डे की अध्यक्षता में विकास भवन सभागार में चारधाम यात्रा, वनाग्नि, पेयजल, सड़क सुधारीकरण, सीएम हेल्प लाइन सहित अन्य विकास योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न हुई।
आयुक्त गढवाल ने चार धाम यात्रा के सफल संचालन के लिए मण्डल स्तर पर सभी विभागों को 25 अप्रैल तक तैयारियां पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिये हैं। बैठक के बाद उन्होंने स्टेट हाइवे पर गतिमान डमरीकरण व पैच वर्क के कर्याे की गुणवत्ता का भी जायजा लिया।
मंगलवार को आयोजित विकास कार्याे की समीक्षा बैठक में आयुक्त गढ़वाल ने कहा कि चारधाम यात्रा के दृष्टिगत श्रीनगर एक महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव है, जहां ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था के साथ-साथ पार्किंग की समुचित व्यवस्था चुनौतीपूर्ण है।
उन्होने जिला प्रशसन को निर्देश दिये कि श्रीनगर क्षेत्रांतर्गत कुछ ऐसे धर्मशालाओं व रैन बसेरों को चिन्हित किया जाए, जहां बेसहारा यात्रियों को निशुल्क रुप में कुछ राहत मिल सके। उन्हांने यात्रा मार्ग के सभी वाटर प्वांइट को चालू रखने, सार्वजनिक शौचालयों को साथ-सुथरा रखने के निर्देश दिये हैं। उन्होंने चारधाम यात्रा की तैयारियों को लेकर जिला प्रशासन की प्रोएक्टिव तैयारियों की सराहना की।
आयुक्त गढ़वाल ने उन्होने जिलाधिकारी गढ़वाल को निर्देश दिये कि जनपद क्षेत्रांतर्गत ग्रामीण मोटर मार्गाे की स्थिति को लेकर एक सर्वे कराकर रिर्पाेट प्रस्तुत करें। मोटर मार्गाें पर चल रहे डामरीकरण व गढ्ढामुक्त कार्याे की गुणवत्ता को लेकर उन्होने स्टेट हाईवे-31 पर पौड़ी-देवप्रयाग के बीच डामरीकरण व द्वारीधार गौशाला के पास पैच वर्क की गुणवत्ता का जायजा लिया। उन्होने लोनिवि के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये गतिमान डामरीकरण का अवशेष कार्य भी जल्द पूर्ण किया जाए।
वनाग्नि रोकथाम की तैयारियों की समीक्षा करते हुए आयुक्त गढ़वाल ने कहा कि वनाग्नि को रोकने के लिए विभागीय समन्वय व जन-सहभागिता आवश्यक है। उन्होेंने इसके लिए जिला स्तर पर किये जा रहे प्रयासों को भी सराहा। वनाग्नि की रोकथाम के लिए जनपद स्तर पर अपनायें जा रहे नवाचरों, जन-जागरुकता अभियान, 30 से अधिक गांवों में शीतलाखेत मॉडल को लागू करने को लेकर आयुक्त गढ़वाल ने संतोष व्यक्त किया।
ग्रीष्मकाल में प्रत्येक ग्रामीण को पेयजल की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित कराने के लिए उन्हांेने जल संस्थान व जल निगम के अधिकारियों को पम्पिंग की समयावधि को बढाने के साथ-साथ आवश्यकता पड़ने पर टैंकर के माध्यम जलापूर्ति की वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिये हैं।
आईजी गढ़वाल राजीव स्वरुप ने यात्रा शुरु होने से पूर्व सभी लाईन डिपार्टमेंट के साथ श्रीनगर में पार्किंग व ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था को लेकर एक ड्राई रन करवाये जाने की बात कही। उन्होेंने कहा कि यात्रा सीजन में किसी भी परिस्थिति से निपटने के लिए श्रीनगर जैसे स्थान पर ठहरने, ट्रैफिक व पार्किंग व्यवस्था पर विशेष बल दिये जाने की आवश्यकता है।
बैठक में जिलाधिकारी डॉ0 आशीष चौहान, वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक लोकेश्वर सिंह, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी गिरीश गुणवंत, संयुक्त मजिस्ट्रेट दीपक रामचंद्र शेट, परियोजना निदेशक डीआरडीए विवेक कुमार उपाध्याय, जिला विकास अधिकारी मनविंदर कौर, मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी डॉ0 पारुल गोयल, मुख्य शिक्षाधिकारी नागेन्द्र बर्तवाल, मुख्य पशु चिकित्साधिकारी डॉ0 विशाल शर्मा, जिला उद्यान अधिकारी राजेश तिवारी, जिला पर्यटन अधिकारी खुशाल सिंह नेगी, जिला क्रीड़ा अधिकारी संदीप डुकलान सहित अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
