देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत के निर्देशों के बाद राज्य में खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन की टीमों ने बृहदस्तर पर ताबड़तोड़ छापेमारी अभियान शुरू कर दिया है।
स्वास्थ्य सचिव और आयुक्त खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने बताया कि खाद्य पदार्थों में मानव अपशिष्ट एवं अन्य गन्दगी/अखाद्य/ गन्दी चीजों की मिलावट को लेकर विशेष अभियान शुरू कर दिया गया है। आयुक्त खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन ने बताया टीमों को एस०ओ०पी० का सख्ती से पालन कराने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया है। आयुक्त खाद्य संरक्षा ने कहा आगामी त्यौहारी सीजन को देखते हुए प्रतिदिन की गई कार्यवाही की सम्पूर्ण विवरण के साथ रिर्पाेट मुख्यालय को भेजनी होगी। साथ ही कार्यवाही से सम्बन्धित प्रेस नोट जनपद स्तर से प्रतिदिन जारी करना होगा।
10 नमूने जांच के लिए लैब भेजे गये
खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्त डॉ आर० राजेश कुमार के निर्देश के बाद आज राज्य में टीमों द्वारा खाद्य पदार्थों की जांच के साथ संदेह होने पर सैंपल भरकर जांच के लिए लैब भेजे गये। उपायुक्त गढ़वाल मण्डल खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन आर०एस० रावत के नेतृत्व में जनपद देहरादून में विशेष अभियान चलाया गया। उपायुक्त आर०एस० रावत द्वारा खाद्य कारोबारियों को व्यक्तिगत स्वास्थ्य एव स्वच्छता बनाये रखने के निर्देश मौके पर दिये गये। खाद्य कारोबारकर्ताओ को उनके प्रतिष्ठान में कार्य करने वाले सभी कर्मचारियों को मास्क, इंटर क्षेप एवं दास्ताने अनिवार्य रूप से पहनने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। इसके साथ ही कारोगबारियों को खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम 2006 की जानकारी अभिहित अधिकारी मनीष सयाना द्वारा दी गयी। अभियान के अन्तर्गत विभिन्न खाद्य पदार्थों की टीम द्वारा जांच की गई। इसके साथ ही सन्देह के आधार पर गुलाब जामुन, रसगुल्ला, काजू बर्फी, मलाई बार्की, बनाना चिम्नर, बालूशाही, बेसन लड्डू, बूदी, रसभरी एवं कलाकन्द के जाँच हेतु 10 नमूने संग्रहित कर प्रयोगशाला भेजे गये।
सीमाओं पर भी चल रहा छापेमारी अभियान
उपायुक्त गढ़वाल मण्डल खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन आर०एस० रावत ने कहा कि टीमों द्वारा एसओपी का पालन कराया जा रहा है। खाद्य कारोबारियों से कहा जा रहा है कि एसओपी में शामिल सभी बिन्दुओं का पालन करना सुनिचित करें। ऐसा न करने पर जुर्माने के साथ ही कार्यवाई भी की जायेगी। उपायुक्त आर०एस० रावत ने कहा टीमों द्वारा खाद्य पदार्थ संदिग्ध दिखने पर सैंपल भरने की कार्रवाई की जा रही है। राज्य के सभी जनपदों के साथ ही सीमाओं पर चौकसी बड़ा दी गई है। त्यौहारी सीजन में मिलावटखोर सक्रिय हो जाते हैं उन पर भी कड़ी नजर रखी जा रही है। उन्होंने आम जनता से भी अपील करते हुए कहा कि उन्हें अगर खाद्य पदार्थों में गंदगी दिखे या संदिग्ध लगे तो वह उसकी शिकायत हमसे करें। आज के अभियान में अभिहित अधिकारी मनीष सयाना, वरिष्ठ खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी सन्तोष कुमार सिंह, सजाय तिवारी द्वारा अभियान में प्रतिभाग किया गया। उक्त अभियान जनपद के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अलग-अलग तिथियों पर आगामी दीपावली त्यौहार यो मध्यमजर संचालित किया जाता रहेगा।
