कार्यक्रम में सुरक्षा, शिक्षा, स्वरोजगार और सामाजिक सेवा के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाली 12 महिलाओं को सम्मानित किया गया। इनमें जया बलूनी, साक्षी सिंह, गीता चंदोला, तुलसी मेहरा, नेहा सिंह, दर्शनी देवी नेगी, रेखा रयाल, कमला नेगी, चन्द्रिका पुंज, मुस्कान, रेखा राणा और डॉ. अर्पिता नेगी शामिल रहीं।
