देहरादून: केंद्र सरकार ने उत्तराखंड राज्य को विशेष पूंजी निवेश सहायता योजना 2025-26 के अंतर्गत ₹249.56 करोड़ की दूसरी किस्त जारी कर दी है। यह राशि भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय के व्यय विभाग द्वारा राज्य सरकार को प्रदान की गई है। इस सहायता से राज्य में विकास से जुड़ी महत्वपूर्ण परियोजनाओं को और अधिक गति मिलने की उम्मीद है।
इस संबंध में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने केंद्र सरकार का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि ” यह वित्तीय सहायता उत्तराखंड के आधारभूत ढांचे को मजबूत करने, जनोपयोगी विकास कार्यों को आगे बढ़ाने तथा रोजगार के नए अवसर सृजित करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार का यह सहयोग राज्य के आर्थिक सुदृढ़ीकरण की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड सरकार केंद्र और राज्य के समन्वय से प्रदेश के समग्र विकास के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि प्राप्त धनराशि का उपयोग पूंजीगत परियोजनाओं, जैसे सड़क, पुल, शहरी एवं ग्रामीण अधोसंरचना, पेयजल, ऊर्जा और अन्य विकास कार्यों में पारदर्शी, प्रभावी और समयबद्ध तरीके से किया जाएगा, ताकि आम जनता को इसका सीधा लाभ मिल सके।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी ने यह भी कहा कि राज्य सरकार यह सुनिश्चित करेगी कि सभी परियोजनाएं गुणवत्ता मानकों के अनुरूप पूर्ण हों और उनके क्रियान्वयन में किसी भी प्रकार की देरी न हो। उन्होंने बताया कि इन परियोजनाओं के माध्यम से न केवल प्रदेश की आर्थिक गतिविधियों को बल मिलेगा, बल्कि स्थानीय स्तर पर रोजगार सृजन को भी प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा।
गौरतलब है कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में अब तक केंद्र सरकार द्वारा उत्तराखंड को कुल ₹847.49 करोड़ की सहायता ऋण स्वरूप प्रदान की जा चुकी है। इस वित्तीय सहयोग से राज्य में विभिन्न विकासात्मक योजनाओं और परियोजनाओं को नई गति मिली है, जिससे उत्तराखंड के संतुलित, समावेशी और सतत विकास को मजबूती मिलेगी।
