सड़क सुरक्षा समिति की बैठक जिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में सम्पन्न हुई

टिहरी गढ़वाल: आज दिनांक 28 नवम्बर 2025 शुक्रवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जिलाधिकारी टिहरी गढ़वाल नितिका खण्डेलवाल की अध्यक्षता में जनपदीय सड़क सुरक्षा समिति की बैठक आहुत की गयी ।

बैठक में जिलाधिकारी ने सड़क दुर्घटनाओं की जांच रिपोर्ट समय पर उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश सम्बन्धितों को दिए । उन्होंने एनएच के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि डेंजर जोन पर सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से सभी प्रकार की सावधानी बरती जाए। उन्होंने चालानी कार्यवाही की समीक्षा के दौरान पुलिस एवं एआरटीओ को निर्देश दिए कि दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने हेतु लगातार चेकिंग अभियान चलाया जाए तथा ओवर लोडिंग वाहनों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए ।

एनएच की वास्तु स्थिति की समीक्षा के दौरान एनएच के अधिकारियों द्वारा बताया गया कि जल्द ही बगड़धार में मलबा हाटाये जाने का कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया जायेगा तथा खाड़ी नागनी में कार्य प्रगति पर है।

बैठक में एसएसपी आयुष अग्रवाल ने बताया कि सड़कों पर लगाये गये साईन बोर्डो के पास झाड़ी व पेड़ों के उगान तथा कई स्थानों पर बैनर आदि चस्पा कर दिए गये जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने सख्त कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश सम्बन्धितों को दिये ।

जिलाधिकारी ने सभी सड़क निर्माण विभागों को निर्देश दिये सड़को की नालियों की साफ सफाई झाड़ी कटान का कार्य निरन्तर करते रहें ताकि बरसात के सीजन में नालियों का पानी सड़क पर न बहे ।

बैठक में जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि जनपद क्षेत्रान्तर्गत दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए और अधिक प्रयास किये जाने की आवश्यकता है। इस सम्बन्ध में वाहन दुर्घटनाओं की रोकथाम हेतु पुलिस/परिवहन/राजस्व विभाग को ज्यादा से ज्यादा Speed Detector Camera Installation एवं प्रभावी चेंकिग अभियान चला कर कठोर कार्यवाही की जाए ।

बैठक में एआरटीओ ने बताया कि तपोवन एवं भद्रकाली पर स्थापित कैमरों के माध्यम से माह अक्टूबर 2025 तक क्रमशः 1158 एवं 1085 (कुल 2243) वाहनों के विरूद्ध चालानी कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की गयी। उन्होंने बताया कि पुलिस एवं परिवहन विभाग टिहरी गढ़वाल द्वारा माह अक्टूबर तक बिना हैलमेट में 1452, बिना सीट बेल्ट में 649 ओवरलोडिंग में 376 एवं वाहन चलाते समय मोबाइल फोन का प्रयोग करने वाले 127 अभियोगों में कार्यवाही की गयी।

इस अवसर पर अपर जिलाधिकारी अवधेश कुमार सिंह, अधीक्षण अभियंता लोनिवि केएस नेगी, एसडीएम प्रतापनगर स्नेहिल कंवर, एसडीएम टिहरी संदीप कुमार, कीर्तिनगर मंजू राजपूत, नरेन्द्रनगर आशीष घिल्डियाल, एआरटीओ सतेन्द्र राज, अधिशासी अभियंता लोनिवि बौराड़ी योगेश कुमार, चम्बा जेएस खाती, बीआरओ के सुरेन्द्र सिंह सहित संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित थे ।
