मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से सोमवार को सचिवालय में गुरुद्वारा श्री हेमकुंट साहिब मैनेजमेंट ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष नरेंद्र जीत सिंह बिंद्रा ने भेंट की। श्री बिंद्रा ने हेमकुंट साहिब यात्रा व्यवस्थाओं में राज्य सरकार एवं प्रशासन के सहयोग के लिए मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त किया।

उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री के विशेष मार्गदर्शन और समय-समय पर दिए गए निर्देशों के कारण इस वर्ष हेमकुंट साहिब यात्रा सुचारू और सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुई। प्रतिकूल मौसम परिस्थितियों के बावजूद श्रद्धालुओं की सुरक्षा और सुविधाओं की दृष्टि से यात्रा का बेहतरीन प्रबंधन किया गया।

श्री बिंद्रा ने बताया कि इस वर्ष भारत और विदेशों से रिकॉर्ड 2 लाख 75 हजार श्रद्धालु इस पवित्र यात्रा में शामिल हुए। उन्होंने कहा कि यात्रियों ने राज्य सरकार और प्रशासन द्वारा किए गए समन्वित प्रयासों की व्यापक सराहना की है।

ट्रस्ट अध्यक्ष ने मुख्यमंत्री से आगामी यात्राओं के लिए आधारभूत संरचना और लॉजिस्टिक्स सुधारों पर भी चर्चा की।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि चारधाम के साथ ही हेमकुंट साहिब यात्रा का भी धार्मिक और सांस्कृतिक दृष्टि से विशेष महत्व है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा के लिए लगातार काम कर रही है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि गोविंदघाट से हेमकुंट साहिब तक रोपवे निर्माण से हिमालयी क्षेत्र की यात्रा और अधिक सुगम हो जाएगी।

उन्होंने याद दिलाया कि यात्रा प्रारंभ होने से दो माह पूर्व भारी भूस्खलन में गोविंदघाट को हेमकुंट यात्रा मार्ग से जोड़ने वाला पुल ध्वस्त हो गया था। लेकिन मुख्यमंत्री के प्रत्यक्ष हस्तक्षेप और प्रभावी नेतृत्व में समय से पहले नया घाटी पुल तैयार कर लिया गया, जिससे यात्रियों की आवाजाही निर्बाध बनी रही।

इस अवसर पर श्री बिंद्रा ने मुख्यमंत्री को श्री गुरु तेग बहादुर जी के 350वें शहादत वर्ष को भव्य रूप से मनाने के लिए निर्देश जारी करने हेतु धन्यवाद दिया। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि मुख्यमंत्री धामी के मार्गदर्शन में आने वाले वर्षों में हेमकुंट साहिब यात्रा विश्वास, एकता और सुचारू प्रबंधन का प्रतीक बनेगी।
