उत्तरकाशी: आज सुबह अपर जिलाधिकारी पीएल शाह द्वारा शिक्षा विभाग कार्यालय उत्तरकाशी का औचक निरीक्षण कर अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति की जांच की गयी।

अपर जिलाधिकारी ने आज मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय , जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी (माध्यमिक/बेसिक) तथा समग्र शिक्षा के कार्यालयों का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया और कार्यालयों में कर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति की जांच कर संबंधित कामकाज का जायजा लिया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान अपर जिलाधिकारी ने सभी अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को समय पर कार्यालय पहुंचने और अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का निर्वहन पूरी निष्ठा से करने व कार्यालयों में पूर्ण अनुशासन बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए।

अपर जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि कार्यालयों में अनुशासन और समयबद्धता सुनिश्चित करना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने उपस्थिति रजिस्टर की जांच करने के साथ–साथ सभी कार्यालयों में बायोमैट्रिक मशीन से उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने व इसके नियमित संचालन करने हेतु निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान कार्यालयों में अनुपस्थित पाए गए कर्मचारियों को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी करने के निर्देश भी दिए तथा उनकी तय समय पर कार्यालय में उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित किए जाने को कहा।

निरीक्षण के दौरान वित्त अधिकारी माध्यमिक शिक्षा धर्मेंद्र रावत, कनिष्ठ अभियंता समग्र शिक्षा दिनेश चंद्र चौहान, लेखाकार समग्र शिक्षा वृंदावन कुमार अपने कार्यालय में बिना अवकाश स्वीकृति के अनुपस्थित पाए गए । जिसके चलते अपर जिलाधिकारी ने उनसे स्पष्टीकरण मांगे जाने के निर्देश जारी किए।
अपर जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि यह निरीक्षण नियमित रूप से जारी रहेगा ताकि कार्यालयों के कामकाज में पारदर्शिता और दक्षता बनी रहे।
