राज्य निगम कर्मचारी अधिकारी महासंघ के आह्वान पर विधायक निवास में थाली बजाकर शासन को सचेत किया

देहरादून: पूर्व निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार र दैनिक वेतन/संविदा/विशेष श्रेणी/उपनल/कार्यप्रभारित कार्मिकौ को नियमितीकरण शीघ्र करने व निगमौ का निजीकरण न किये जाने के लिये राज्य निगम कर्मचारी अधिकारी महासंघ के आह्वान पर विधायक निवास( ट्रांजिट कैम्प) रेसकोर्स में थाली बजाकर सरकार और शासन को सचेत किया गया ।

संघ द्वारा राज्य के प्रत्येक विधायक के ज्ञापन दिये गये जिसमें अनुरोध किया गया राज्य निगम कर्मचारी अधिकारी महासंघ लगातार शासन और सरकार स्तर पर मांग कर रहा है कि माननीय उच्च न्यालय द्वारा दैनिक/संविदा/विशेष श्रेणी/उपनल कार्मिकों के नियमितीकरण हेतु आदेश जारी किये गये लेकिन शासन स्तर से विभागीय प्रमुखौ को आदेश निर्गत नहीं किये जा रहे हैं । नियमावली बनाने के लिये बनी उप समिति अभी तक निर्णय नहीं ले पा रही है ।

महासंघ द्वारा मांग की गयी शीघ्र नियमितीकरण हेतु नियमावली जारी कर आदेश निर्गत किये जाय । महासंघ द्वारा वन विकास निगम में लौगिंग व डिपौ कार्यौ हेतु निजी व्यक्ति/ मालदारी व्यवस्था पर करायें जाने के लिये किये गये आदेशो को नीरस्त करने की मांग की महासंघ द्वारा कहा गया कि वन विकास निगम प्रबन्धन कार्मिकों की भर्ती करने के स्थान पर आरक्षित क्षेत्र में निजी ठेकेदारौ से काम कराने की तैयारी कर रहा है जिससे हजारों आउटसौर्स कार्मिक बाहर होंगे ।

वनों का कार्य पूर्व व्यवस्था ( मालदारी ) से होगा जिससे अवैध कटान, व भ्रष्टाचार को पनाह मिलेगी , साथ माननीय उच्चतम न्यालय द्वारा ( गोडाबर्धन बनाम भारत सरकार) आरक्षित क्षेत्र में निजी संस्थाओं से काम कराने पर उलंघन होगा ।।
महासंघ द्वारा मांग की गयी कि वन विकास निगम प्रबन्धन द्वारा किये गये आदेश जन हित में नहीं है इसलिये इन्हें नीरस्त कराते हुवे खाली पदों पर नयी नियुक्तियां शीघ्र की जाय ।।।
