प्रमुख सचिव, मा. मुख्यमंत्री, आर. के. सुधांशु द्वारा 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेलों (28 जनवरी से 14 फरवरी 2025) के सफल आयोजन हेतु शासन से तैनात नोडल अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक में कई अधिकारी वर्चुअल माध्यम से भी शामिल हुए। बैठक में सभी नोडल अधिकारियों ने सक्रिय रूप से भाग लिया और विभिन्न कार्यों की अद्यतन स्थिति पर विस्तृत चर्चा की।
बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य राष्ट्रीय खेलों की तैयारियों का आंकलन करना और यह सुनिश्चित करना था कि सभी कार्य तय समय सीमा के भीतर पूर्ण हों। इस दौरान खेल स्थलों की तैयारी, आवास, खानपान, परिवहन, सुरक्षा, और अन्य संबंधित व्यवस्थाओं की प्रगति का गहन मूल्यांकन किया गया।
बैठक में उद्घाटन समारोह को भव्य और यादगार बनाने के लिए विशेष चर्चा की गई। अतिथियों की सूची, बैठने की व्यवस्था, और अन्य आवश्यक तैयारियों पर विचार किया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त, परिवहन व्यवस्था को सुचारू और सुव्यवस्थित बनाए रखने के लिए भी विस्तृत योजनाएं बनाई गईं।
बैठक के दौरान नोडल अधिकारियों ने आयोजन से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों और चुनौतियों को प्रस्तुत किया। इन पर गहन विचार-विमर्श कर तत्काल समाधान प्रदान किए गए।
इस महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में श्री अमित सिन्हा, विशेष प्रमुख सचिव (वी.सी. के माध्यम से), श्री शैलेश बगौली, सचिव गृह, श्री पंकज पांडेय, लोक निर्माण विभाग, श्री रंजीत सिन्हा, सचिव उच्च शिक्षा, श्री विनय शंकर पांडेय, आयुक्त गढ़वाल, निदेशक खेल, जिलाधिकारी देहरादून, एसएसपी देहरादून सहित अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
