राष्ट्रीय रंगशाला शिविर, नई दिल्ली में आयोजित प्रतियोगिता में विभिन्न प्रदेशों एवं मंत्रालयों की झांकी कलाकारों द्वारा अपने-अपने प्रदेशों की संस्कृति पर आधारित सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम एवं नृत्य प्रस्तुत किये गए।
प्रतियोगिता में बेस्ट 3 राज्यो में उत्तराखंड राज्य को बेस्ट द्वितीय स्थान में पुरस्कार प्राप्त हुआ। उत्तराखंड गठन के बाद उत्तराखंड की झांकी के कलाकारों को यह पुरस्कार दूसरी बार प्राप्त हुआ है। इससे पूर्व, वर्ष 2018 में उत्तराखण्ड के झांकी के कलाकारों को तृतीय स्थान पर पुरस्कार प्राप्त हुआ था।
उल्लेखनीय है कि गणतंत्र दिवस परेड के लिए उत्तराखंड की झांकी में सूचना विभाग के संयुक्त निदेशक एवं टीम लीडर श्री के0एस0चौहान के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखंड राज्य से 16 कलाकार गणतंत्र दिवस परेड में उत्तराखंड झांकी में भाग ले रहे हैं।
उत्तराखंड राज्य के सूचना विभाग के संयुक्त निदेशक एवं टीम लीडर श्री के0एस0 चौहान ने बताया कि गणतंत्र दिवस परेड में देश के विभिन्न राज्यों से कलाकार आते हैं इन कलाकारों से भारत सरकार द्वारा राष्ट्रीय रंगशाला शिविर, नई दिल्ली में सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम की प्रतियोगिता कराई जाती है जिसमे एक दल को केवल 3ः30 मिनट का समय दिया जाता है। निर्धारित समय मे अपने अपने लोक संस्कृति पर आधारित कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत करने होते हैं।
जिसमें, उत्तराखंड राज्य के कलाकारों ने “प्रसिद्ध जागर गायन एवं लोकनृत्य छपेली” इस प्रतियोगिता में प्रस्तुत की गयी। जिसको भारत सरकार द्वारा गठित समिति ने पुरस्कार के लिए चयनित किया इस “प्रसिद्ध जागर गायन एवं लोकनृत्य छपेली” में उत्तराखंड राज्य की लोक संस्कृति की झलक को समिति द्वारा बहुत पसंद किया गया जिसके कारण उत्तराखंड राज्य को यह पुरस्कार प्राप्त हो सका।
चौहान ने कहा कि झांकी के कलाकरों ने 14 जनवरी, 2025 से प्रतिदिन कठोर अभ्यास कर इस उपलब्धि को प्राप्त किया है। देश में दूसरे स्थान पर पहुंचकर यह पुरस्कार पाना उत्तराखंड राज्य के लिए गौरव की बात है। इस पुरस्कार के मिलने से राज्य की झांकी में प्रतिभाग कर रहे कलाकार बहुत प्रफुल्लित है।
इस प्रतियोगिता में पुरस्कार प्राप्त होने से उत्तराखंड राज्य के कलाकार अब 26 जनवरी के बाद राष्ट्रपति भवन, प्रधानमंत्री आवास एवं उपराष्ट्रपति ,रक्षामंत्री तथा जनजातीय मंत्री के समक्ष भी सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत करेंगे।
उल्लेखनीय है कि गणतंत्र दिवस परेड में इस वर्ष उत्तराखंड राज्य द्वारा “सांस्कृतिक विरासत एवं साहसिक खेल” की थीम पर झांकी का प्रदर्शन कर्तव्य पथ पर किया जाएगा।
