देहरादून: शनिवार को पुलिस महानिदेशक दीपम सेठ की अध्यक्षता में 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेलों के आयोजन की तैयारियों के दृष्टिगत गढ़वाल व कुमाऊँ परिक्षेत्र सहित समस्त जनपद प्रभारियों, सेनानायकों एवं सम्बन्धित ईवेन्ट मैनेजमेन्ट एजेन्सियों के साथ त्रुटिरहित सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, फोर्स व्यस्थापन प्लान, यातायात प्लान, पार्किंग, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था हेतु आवश्यक उपकरण के सम्बन्ध में वीडियो कान्फ्रेसिंग के माध्यम से एक उच्च स्तरीय समीक्षा गोष्ठी आयोजित की गयी।
गोष्ठी के दौरान पुलिस महानिदेशक, उत्तराखण्ड द्वारा *सभी को सजग व सतर्क रहकर अपना कर्तव्य निर्वहन करने* हेतु निर्देशित किया। उन्होंने बताया, दिनांक 28 जनवरी से प्रारम्भ हो रहे 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेल प्रदेश के 09 जनपदों में 19 आयोजन स्थलों पर आयोजित होंगे। जिसमें 44 स्पर्धाओं में लगभग 10 हजार खिलाड़ी प्रतिभाग करेंगे।
सभी जनपदों द्वारा ग्राउन्ड लेवल पर प्लानिंग कर खेलों के क्रियान्वयन हेतु पूरी तैयारी कर ली गयी है। प्रतिदिन उसकी मॉनिटरिंग की जा रही है। उन्होंने *सभी अधिकारियों और आयोजन समिति के सदस्यों को निर्देशित किया कि राष्ट्रीय खेलों के आयोजन को त्रुटिरहित और ऐतिहासिक बनाने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास किए जाएं। यह आयोजन उत्तराखण्ड की क्षमता और सौंदर्य को देश-दुनिया के सामने प्रदर्शित करने का एक बड़ा अवसर है। जिसे सकुशल व सुरक्षित तरह से आयोजित कराने के लिए हम पूरी तरह से तैयार हैं।

▪️ खिलाड़ियों के साथ साये की तरह रहेगी पुलिस- खिलाड़ियों की सुरक्षा सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है। उनके प्रवास स्थलों, वहां से आयोजन स्थलों जाने के मार्ग, अभ्यास सत्र, प्रतिस्पर्धी ईवेन्ट में प्रभावी एक्सेस कन्ट्रोल सुनिश्चित किया जाये। महिला खिलाड़ियों की सुरक्षा पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाये।
▪️ 10 हजार पुलिसकर्मी रहेंगे ड्यूटी में तैनात- सभी जनपद प्रभारी सम्बन्धित ईवेन्ट मैनेजमेन्ट एजेन्सियों (Deepali Design, Grant Thorton (SPMU), और Thomas Cook (ACT)) के साथ समन्वय कर समय से खिलाड़यों की सुरक्षा, आवास व्यवस्था, यातायात प्लान, पार्किंग व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित कर लें और सभी आयोजन स्थलों पर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था हेतु आवश्यक उपकरण स्थापित करा लें।
▪️ सीसीटीवी की निगरानी में रहेंगे खिलाड़ी, कन्ट्रोल रूम से होगी मॉनिटरिंग सुरक्षा के दृष्टिगत आयोजन / प्रवास स्थलों पर सीसीटीवी से लैस कन्ट्रोल रूम स्थापित किये गये हैं।
▪️सभी एजेन्सियों व अधिकारियों के मध्य एक प्रभावी और रियल टाइम कम्यूनिकेशन हो।
▪️खिलाड़ियों के प्रवास स्थलों में कार्यरत कर्मियों का समय से सत्यापन कराना सुनिश्चित किया जाये।
▪️रूट यातायात/एन्ट्री व एक्जिट प्लान, पार्किंग व्यवस्था को निदेशक यातायात एवं सम्बन्धित जनपद प्रभारी स्वयं मॉनिटरिंग करें।
▪️आयोजन स्थलों पर फायर सेफ्टी/सिक्योरिटी प्लान के अनुसार अग्निशमन के समस्त उपाय जैसे मोटर फॉयर इंजन, फॉयर एक्सटिंग्यूशर आदि पर्याप्त संख्या में मौके पर उपलब्ध हों।
▪️एयरपोर्ट, रेलवे स्टेशन, बस अड्डों, आयोजन स्थलों व खिलाड़ियों के प्रवास स्थलों की सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुसार सुरक्षा व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाये।
▪️निर्धारित कण्टीजेंसी व इवैक्यूएशन प्लान का अभ्यास किया जाये तथा सभी को इसके विषय में ब्रीफ भी किया जाये।
▪️अभिसूचना संकलन के लिए विभिन्न टीमें का गठन सम्बन्धित जनपद प्रभारियों द्वारा किया जाये।
▪️ एन्टी सबोटाज व BDS की टीमें 24×7 तैनात रहेंगी।
