फिर मंडराने लगा खतरा…उत्तराखंड में अलर्ट जारी, अस्पतालों में वायरस से निपटने के इंतजाम शुरू

एचएमपीवी (ह्यूमन मेटान्यूमोवायरस) के साथ-साथ सीजनल इन्फ्लुएंजा को लेकर अलर्ट जारी होने के बाद स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने इंतजाम करना शुरू कर दिए हैं। अस्पतालों में मशीनें दुरूस्त करने, दवाओं की उपलब्धता बनाए रखने के अलावा आईवी इंजेक्शन, फ्लूड आदि की व्यवस्था के निर्देश दिए हैं।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने कहा यही है कि किसी को डरने की जरूरत नहीं है, सिर्फ एहतियात बरतना जरूरी है। वहीं स्थिति से निपटने के इंतजाम किए जा रहे हैं। सीएमओ डॉ. हरीश पंत के मुताबिक डॉ. सुशीला तिवारी अस्पताल (एसटीएच), बीडी पांडे अस्पताल और बेस अस्पताल में 100 बेड आरक्षित कर लिए गए हैं।

सीएचसी में दो-यह दी गई सलाह

– बच्चे, बुजुर्ग और गंभीर रोग से ग्रसित लोग बरतें विशेष सावधानी।

– छींकते या खांसते समय नाक और मुंह को ढकने के लिए मॉस्क का इस्तेमाल करें।

– भीड़-भाड़ वाले स्थानों पर जाने से बचें।

– साबुन-पानी से हाथों को स्वच्छ रखें।

– अधिक मात्रा में पानी और तरल पदार्थों का सेवन करें तथा पौष्टिक आहार लें।

– सर्दी, जुकाम, बुखार आदि के लक्षण होने पर तुरंत डॉक्टर से परामर्श लें और लक्षण होने पर स्वस्थ लोगों से दूरी बनाकर रखें।दो बेड आरक्षित किए गए हैं। जरूरत पड़ने पर जल्द ही निजी अस्पतालों को भी निर्देश जारी कर दिए जाएंगे।
