साथ ही कहा, देवभूमि के संसाधनों और डेमोग्राफी का संरक्षण हमारी प्राथमिकता है। जिसके तहत राज्य का देवतुल्य स्वरूप बरकार रखने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में अनेकों ऐतिहासिक निर्णय लिए गए हैं, चाहे अवैध धार्मिक अतिक्रमणों को ध्वस्त करना हो, चाहे धर्मांतरण कानून हो और चाहे यूसीसी हो। इसी क्रम में राज्य की सीमित भूमि को माफियाओं से बचाने के लिए हमारी सरकार कटिबद्ध है।

हमारी सरकार ने जन्म भावना के अनुसार भू कानून निर्माण को लेकर उच्च स्तरीय कमेटी बनाई और उसकी रिपोर्ट के आधार पर ही अन्य प्रक्रियाओं को अंतिम रूप दिया जा रहा है। स्वयं मुख्यमंत्री कह चुके हैं कि आगामी बजट सत्र तक भू कानून सदन के पटल पर होगा।

उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि राज्य का निर्माण और उसका चहुमुखी विकास भाजपा सरकारों ने किया है। और राज्य का सशक्त भू कानून भी हम ही लेकर आने वाले हैं, इसको लेकर जनता के मध्य भी कोई दो राय नहीं है।
