एक दिवसीय नैनीताल दौरे पर पहुंचे मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को हल्द्वानी, स्थित आम्रपाली विश्वविद्यालय में आयोजित अभिनन्दन समारोह-2024 कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर अपने संबोधन में मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि युवाओं के हर कार्यक्रम में जोश एवं उत्साह होता है।

उन्होंने सभी छात्र-छात्राओं को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि हमारे देश की युवा शक्ति ज्ञान ऊर्जा उत्साह से भरी हुई है। हमारे युवा शिक्षा, तकनीक, कला, खेल हर क्षेत्र में अपनी प्रतिभा दिखा रहे हैं। युवा शक्ति अपने सपनों को साकार करने के साथ ही समाज में भी सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने के लिए अपना योगदान दे रही है। हल्द्वानी क्षेत्र में आम्रपाली विश्वविद्यालय ने शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में कई बड़े कार्य किए हैं। आम्रपाली से पढ़कर आज युवा हर क्षेत्र में सफलता प्राप्त कर रहे हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में संपूर्ण विश्व भारत के ज्ञान और शक्ति से परिचित हो रहा है। बीते 10 सालों में भारत की पहचान और शक्ति पूरे विश्व में बढ़ी है। युवाओं के अंदर अपार शक्ति होती है। उन्होंने कहा स्वामी विवेकानंद ने कहा है कि मनुष्य अनंत शक्ति और ऊर्जा का भंडार है। व्यक्ति को केवल अपनी शक्ति ऊर्जा को पहचानने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने युवाओं से सकारात्मक सोच के साथ सही दिशा में चलने का आग्रह किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सभी युवा उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करने बाद विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में जाकर समाज को नई दिशा देने का कार्य करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश को श्रेष्ठ बनाने का कार्य हो रहा है। उन्हीं के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार भी निरंतर राज्य को आगे बढ़ा रही है।

अल्मोड़ा, चंपावत, देहरादून में साइंस सेंटर, हल्द्वानी में एस्ट्रो पार्क एवं खेल विश्व विद्यालय के निर्माण सहित कई ऐतिहासिक कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। राज्य सरकार युवाओं के बेहतर और सुरक्षित भविष्य के लिए सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून लेकर आई है। 2022 पीसीएस फाइनल रिजल्ट एवं 2024 प्रारंभिक रिजल्ट घोषित हो चुका है। उत्तराखंड में अनेकों क्षेत्र के युवाओं का सरकारी नौकरियां में चयन हुआ है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने बीते 3 वर्षो में 17 हजार से ज्यादा युवाओं को सरकारी विभागों ने नियुक्ति दी गई है। राज्य में धर्मान्तरण को रोकने के लिए कानून लाया गया है। 5000 एकड़ से ज्यादा जमीनों को अतिक्रमण से मुक्त कराया है। राज्य में दंगारोधी कानून लागू हो गया है। राज्य की महिलाओं के लिए 30 प्रतिशत सरकारी नौकरियों में क्षैतिज आरक्षण दिया गया है।

देवभूमि में देश में पहली बार यूसीसी विधेयक पारित हो गया है। राज्य में जीएसडीपी में बीते 20 महीनों में 1.3 गुणा वृद्धि हुई है। बीते 2 साल में राज्य में 26% प्रति व्यक्ति आय में वृद्धि हुई है। उत्तराखंड में बेरोजगारी दर 4.4 % कम हुई है। नीति आयोग द्वारा जारी सतत विकास लक्ष्यों की सूची में उत्तराखंड ने देश में सबसे पहला स्थान प्राप्त किया है। राज्य, ग्रॉस एनवायरनमेंट प्रोडक्ट के इंडेक्स पर भी कार्य कर रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में कई ऐतिहासिक कार्य कर रही है। राजकीय महाविद्यालय एवं विश्वविद्यालय के आधारभूत संरचना पर कार्य कर रहे है। राज्य में 20 मॉडल कॉलेज की स्थापना की जा रही है। प्रदेश में आईटी लैब, स्मार्ट क्लास, परीक्षा भवन एवं महिला छात्रावास का भी निर्माण किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा राज्य सरकार ने ब्रिटिश उच्चायोग एवं इन्फोसिस स्प्रिंगबोर्ड के साथ एम.ओ.यू. हस्ताक्षरित किए हैं। स्कॉलरशिप के तहत प्रदेश के 05 छात्रों को प्रतिवर्ष अध्ययन के लिए ब्रिटेन भेजा जाएगा। राज्य सरकार ने आम बजट में युवा कल्याण, खेल, उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा पर 1700 करोड़ का प्रावधान किया गया है।

इस अवसर पर क्षेत्रीय सांसद अजय भट्ट ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि युवाओं को आगे बढ़ना है तो एक निश्चित लक्ष्य साथ में रखना होगा।मेहनत करो फल मिलेगा। इस मौके पर दर्जाधारी राज्यमंत्री डॉ अनिल डब्बू,सुरेश भट्ट,दीपक मेहरा,जिलाध्यक्ष भाजपा प्रताप बिष्ट,निवर्तमान मेयर डॉ जोगेन्द्र पाल रौतेला,आयुक्त कुमाऊँ दीपक,पुलिस उप महानिरीक्षक योगेन्द्र सिंह रावत रावत,जिलाधिकारी वंदना,पुलिस अधीक्षक प्रह्लाद नारायण मीणा हल्द्वानी नगर आयुक्त विशाल मिश्रा,आम्रपाली विश्वविद्यालय के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी संजय ढींगरा,कुलपति एन एस बिष्ट,सहित विश्वविद्यालय के छात्र/छात्रा,प्राध्यापक,विभिन्न जनप्रतिनिधि,गणमान्य नागरिक आदि मौजूद रहे।
