देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने उत्तराखंड में भूस्खलन प्रभावित स्थलों के उपचार एवं मरम्मत कार्यों के लिए ₹461 करोड़ की स्वीकृति प्रदान किए जाने पर केंद्र सरकार का आभार व्यक्त किया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस निर्णय के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी और केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी का धन्यवाद करते हुए इसे राज्य की सड़क अवसंरचना को मजबूत करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम बताया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि इस स्वीकृति के अंतर्गत
उत्तर काशी जिले में नेशनल हाईवे 134 पर भूस्खलन से प्रभावित 17 स्थलों के उपचार के लिए ₹233 करोड़ की राशि स्वीकृत की गई है। इसके अलावा पिथौरागढ़ जिले में नेशनल हाईवे 9 के तवाघाट–घटियाबागड़ खंड पर तीन संवेदनशील स्थलों के उपचार के लिए ₹228 करोड़ की स्वीकृति दी गई है। इससे प्रदेश के दुर्गम एवं सीमांत क्षेत्रों में आवागमन अधिक सुरक्षित और सुगम हो सकेगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-134 चारधाम यात्रा का एक महत्वपूर्ण मार्ग है, जो धरासू और कुठनोरी से यमुनोत्री धाम को जोड़ता है। यह मार्ग भूस्खलन की दृष्टि से अत्यंत संवेदनशील रहा है, जिसके कारण कई बार यातायात बाधित होता है और यात्रियों को कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता है। प्रस्तावित कार्यों के पूर्ण होने से इस मार्ग की स्थिरता बढ़ेगी और चारधाम यात्रा पर आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं के लिए यात्रा अधिक सुरक्षित और सुगम हो सकेगी।
