नई दिल्ली, 12 मई। केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (CBI) ने नीट-यूजी 2026 परीक्षा में कथित पेपर लीक और अनियमितताओं के मामले में एफआईआर दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। यह कार्रवाई शिक्षा मंत्रालय के उच्च शिक्षा विभाग की लिखित शिकायत के आधार पर की गई है।
सीबीआई के अनुसार नेशनल टेस्टिंग एंजेसी द्वारा 3 मई 2026 को आयोजित नीट-यूजी परीक्षा से पहले प्रश्नपत्र से जुड़े कुछ दस्तावेजों के अनधिकृत रूप से प्रसारित होने की शिकायत और इनपुट प्राप्त हुए थे। शिकायत में परीक्षा की गोपनीयता और निष्पक्षता से समझौता होने की आशंका जताई गई है।
मामले में भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) के तहत आपराधिक साजिश, धोखाधड़ी, आपराधिक विश्वासघात, चोरी और साक्ष्य नष्ट करने सहित विभिन्न धाराओं में केस दर्ज किया गया है। इसके अलावा भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम तथा पब्लिक एग्जामिनेशन प्रिवेंशन ऑफ अनफेयर मीन्स एक्ट 2024 के तहत भी अपराध शामिल किए गए हैं।
सीबीआई ने कहा कि मामले की व्यापक जांच के लिए विशेष टीमें गठित कर विभिन्न स्थानों पर भेजी गई हैं। जांच एजेंसी परीक्षा में हुई कथित गड़बड़ियों की प्रकृति, दायरा और इसमें शामिल व्यक्तियों व संस्थाओं की भूमिका का पता लगाएगी।
सीबीआई ने स्पष्ट किया कि मामले में दोषियों की पहचान कर उनके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
