देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शनिवार को परेड ग्राउंड देहरादून में राज्य जनजातीय शोध संस्थान द्वारा आयोजित उत्तराखंड जनजातीय महोत्सव-2025 कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने उत्तराखंड आदि गौरव सम्मान पुरस्कार-2025 से लोक गायक श्री नरेंद्र सिंह नेगी एवं किशन महीपाल को सम्मानित किया।

इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने जनजातीय शोध संस्थान के सफल संचालन हेतु जनजातीय शोध संस्थान के ढांचे को स्वीकृति प्रदान करने एवं जनजातीय युवक-युवतियों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने तथा रोजगार की दिशा में काम करने हेतु मुख्यमंत्री जनजाति रोजगार उत्कर्ष योजना के संचालन के लिये प्रतिवर्ष 1 करोड़ रुपए की धनराशि प्रदान की जाने की घोषणा की।

मुख्यमंत्री ने देशभर के विभिन्न जनजाति समाज द्वारा बनाए गए उत्पादों पर आधारित स्टालों का भी अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने जनजातीय शोध संस्थान द्वारा किए गए कार्यों पर आधारित लघु फिल्म का भी अवलोकन किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जनजाति महोत्सव, प्रदेश के सांस्कृतिक वैभव और जनजातीय परंपराओं के संरक्षण और संवर्धन का उत्सव एंव जनजातीय परंपराओं को जीवंत रखने का प्रयास है। ऐसे आयोजनों से हमें जनजातीय समाज की समृद्ध परंपराओं को देखने, समझने और उनसे प्रेरणा लेने का अवसर मिलता है।

उन्होंने कहा उत्तराखंड की भूमि प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य के साथ समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक विरासत के लिए भी जानी जाती है। हमारे राज्य में मुख्य रूप से थारू, भोटिया, जौनसारी राजी एवं बुक्सा जनजातियाँ निवास करती हैं, जिनकी परंपराएँ, लोक कला, हस्तशिल्प, लोकगीत, नृत्य और खानपान हमारी संस्कृति को अद्वितीय पहचान देते हैं। उन्होंने कहा राज्य सरकार, उत्तराखंड में आदिवासी समाज के विकास के लिए रात-दिन कार्य करती रहेगी।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार, उत्तराखंड के आदिवासी एवं जनजातीय समुदाय के कल्याण और उनके जीवन स्तर को बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में कार्य कर रही है। प्रधानमंत्री जनजातीय उन्नत ग्राम अभियान के अंतर्गत उत्तराखंड के 128 जनजातीय गांवों का चयन किया गया है। चयनित गांवों में बुनियादी सुविधाओं का विकास को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है।

राज्य में 4 एकलव्य आदर्श आवासीय विद्यालय कालसी, मेहरावना, बाजपुर व खटीमा में संचालित हो रहे हैं, जिसमें जनजातीय समुदाय के छात्रों को निशुल्क शिक्षा एवं हॉस्टल की सुविधा प्रदान की जाती है। जनजातीय समाज के बच्चों को प्राइमरी स्तर से स्नातकोत्तर स्तर तक छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान की जा रही है।

शैक्षिक उत्थान एवं विकास हेतु सरकार द्वारा वर्तमान में 16 राजकीय आश्रम पद्धति विद्यालयों का संचालन किया जा रहा है। जनजाति के शिक्षित बेरोजगार युवक-युवतियों को तकनीकी शिक्षा प्रदान करने हेतु प्रदेश में तीन आई.टी.आई. संस्थानों का संचालन किया जा रहा है। प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी के लिए कोचिंग की निःशुल्क व्यवस्था भी की गई है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जनजातियाँ, प्रकृति के साथ सामंजस्य स्थापित करके जीवन जीने की प्रेरणा, पर्यावरण संरक्षण, जैव विविधता और पारंपरिक चिकित्सा पद्धतियों के लिए भी महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देती हैं। उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश में जनजातीय समाज के उत्थान के लिए ऐतिहासिक कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं।

प्रधानमंत्री ने भगवान बिरसा मुंडा की जयंती को जनजातीय गौरव दिवस के रूप में मनाने का निर्णय लिया, जिससे पूरे देश में आदिवासी समाज की संस्कृति और योगदान को सम्मान मिला है। प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में प्राचीन परंपराओं का खोया हुआ वैभव भी पुनः स्थापित भी किया जा रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में आदिवासी समाज के समग्र विकास के लिए धरातल पर नूतन प्रयोग किए जा रहे हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में जनजातीय समाज के विकास के लिए दिए जाने वाले बजट को 3 गुना बढ़ाया गया है। जनजातीय समाज को एकलव्य मॉडल स्कूल, प्रधानमंत्री जनजातीय उन्नत ग्राम अभियान, वन धन योजना, प्रधानमंत्री जनजातीय विकास मिशन, विभिन्न पशुपालन और कृषि संबंधित योजनाओं के माध्यम से मुख्यधारा से जोड़ने का कार्य किया जा रहा है।

उन्होंने कहा भगवान बिरसा मुंडा से प्रेरणा लेकर राज्य सरकार भी उत्तराखंड के सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों और डेमोग्राफी को संरक्षित रखने हेतु कार्य कर रही है। प्रदेश में सख्त धर्मांतरण विरोधी कानून एवं देश में सबसे पहले समान नागरिक संहिता कानून लागू किया है। यूसीसी से सभी जनजातीय समाज के लोगों को बाहर रखा गया है।
