उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया सेवा नियमावली शासन को भेजने से पूर्व समिति की विशेष बैठक बुलाई गयी थी, जिसमें सभी सदस्य मौजूद थे और इस पर चर्चा के बाद ही शासन को प्रस्ताव भेजा गया था। सेवा नियमावली में परम्पराओं व धार्मिक मान्यताओं का पूरा ध्यान रखा गया है। हक- हकूकों से संबंधित विषयों को शामिल किया गया है। बीकेटीसी के पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि अगर किसी को किसी बात को लेकर आशंका है विवाद की जगह उसके वार्ता कर समाधान तलाशा जा सकता है।
उन्होंने कहा कि बीकेटीसी में वित्तीय पारदर्शिता कायम करने के लिए वित्त अधिकारी का पद सृजित करा कर शासन से प्रदेश वित्त सेवा के अधिकारी की तैनाती कराई गयी है। मंदिरों के पुनर्निर्माण व जीर्णोद्वार के कई महत्वपूर्ण कार्य किए गए हैं। बाबा केदार की शीतकालीन गद्दी स्थल ऊखीमठ स्थित ओंकारेश्वर मंदिर के विस्तारीकरण व सौंदर्यीकरण जैसी महत्वाकांक्षी योजना पर कार्य शुरू किया गया। वर्ष 2013 की आपदा में केदारनाथ धाम में ध्वस्त हुए ईशानेश्वर मंदिर का रिकॉर्ड अवधि में पुनर्निर्माण किया गया। केदारनाथ धाम में यात्री सुविधाओं के लिए रैन शेल्टर से लेकर बीकेटीसी के कार्यालय व कार्मिकों के लिए भवन निर्माण जैसे कार्यों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर संपन्न करवाया गया। मंदिरों में दर्शन व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने के लिए बीकेटीसी का अपना सुरक्षा संवर्ग तैयार किया गया है। कुशल वित्तीय प्रबंधन के चलते मंदिर समिति की आय में वृद्धि हुई है।
