देहरादून: जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल की शहर में आटोमेटेड मैकेनिकल पार्किंग योजना जल्द जनमानस को समर्पित होने जा रही है, जिसका मा0 मुख्यमंत्री उत्तराखण्ड सरकार द्वारा शीघ्र ही लोकार्पण किया जाएगा। शुरूआती चरण में यह जिला चिकित्सालय कोरोनेशन की स्टॉफ पार्किंग, तिब्बती मार्केट, परेडग्रांउड में तैयार की गई हैं।
कोरोनेशन में पार्किंग संचालन के लिए तकनीकि आपरेटर भी दे दिया गया है, जो पार्किंग को आपरेट कर रहा है। इन पार्किंग के तैयार होने से जहां जनमानस को वाहन पार्क करने की सुविधा मिलेगी वहीं शहर को जाम से भी निजात मिलेगा। परेडग्राउड पार्किंग क्षमता 96 वाहन, तिब्बती मार्केट 132 वाहन तथा कोरोनेशन 18 वाहन क्षमता की पार्किंग है। यह पार्किंग बहुत छोटे स्थान पर बनाई जा सकती है, तथा इन्हे अनयंत्र स्थलों पर स्थानान्तरित भी किया जा सकता है।
जिला प्रशासन डीएम की अगुवाई में मा0 मुख्यमंत्री के आधुनिक सुविधायुक्त उत्तराखण्ड के विजन को मूर्तरूप देने में जुटा है। इसी क्रम में कोरोनेशन ओटोमेटेड पार्किंग तैयार कर चिकित्सालय को हैंडओवर कर दी गई पार्किंग में डॉक्टर्स एवं नर्सेस के वाहन स्वतः ही सहजता से पार्क होने लग गए हैं।
साथ तिब्बती मार्केट, परेडग्राउंड आटोमेटेड पार्किंग भी तैयार हो गई है, इन तीनों पार्किंग को मा0 मुख्यमंत्री जल्द लोकार्पण कर जनमानस को समर्पित करेंगे। ओटोमेटेड पार्किंग आपरेटिंग के लिए 02 कुशल तकनीकि आपरेटर की तैनाती कर दी गई है तथा जिला योजना से बीमा कवर दिया जाएगा। कोरोनेशन में स्टॉफ के लिए आटोमेटेड पार्किंग बनने से मरीजों-तीमारदारों की पार्किंग में इजाफा हो गया है। तथा भू- पार्किंग पर अतिरिक्त वाहन पार्क की जगह भी मिल गई है। जिला प्रशासन का आईडिया आटोमेटेड मेकेनिकल पार्किंग; शहर को जाम से निजात दिलाने की सुखद कारगर प्रयास है। इस तरह की पार्किंग से शहर को जाम से निजात मिलेगा।
डीएम का यह प्रयोग शहर में यातायात व्यवस्था में कारगर सिद्ध रहेगा तथा अन्य स्थानों पर भी इस तरह की पार्किंग निर्माण की संभावना की ओर एक सफल कदम के तौर पर देखा जा रहा है। शहर में इस प्रकार की छोटी पार्किंग से जहां शहर में जनमानस को पार्किंग की सुविधा मिलेगी वहीं शहर में यातायात दबाव भी कम होगा।
