पोखरी: क्षेत्र के एक गांव में गदेरे में संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में मृत मिले युवक की हत्या की गुत्थी को पुलिस ने सुलझा दिया है। हत्या के आरोप में पुलिस ने गांव के ही युवक को गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस के अनुसार मामूली बहस के बाद आरोपी ने उत्तम की हत्या कर दी।
मामला पोखरी थाना क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत पोगठा गांव का है। बीते 12 नवंबर को जसपाल लाल ने पोखरी थाने में तहरीर दी थी। कहा था कि चौंरी गदेरे में उनके बेटे उत्तम का शव मिला है। उन्होंने बेटे की हत्या की आशंका जताई और पुलिस ने अज्ञात के खिलाफ हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया। एसपी के निर्देश पर घटना के खुलासे के लिए पुलिस की अलग-अलग टीमें गठित की गईं।
पुलिस ने जांच पड़ताल के बाद हत्या के आरोप में हिमांशु कुमार (22) निवासी पोगठा को गिरफ्तार किया। पोखरी थानाध्यक्ष विनोद चौरसिया ने बताया कि हिमांशु और उत्तम दोनों खच्चर चलाने का काम करते थे। 11 नवंबर की शाम को उन्होंने दोस्तों के साथ मिलकर शराब पी।
घर आते समय हिमांशु की किसी बात को लेकर उत्तम के साथ बहस हुई और फिर हाथापाई हो गई। गुस्से में आकर आरोपी ने उत्तम को धक्का देकर गदेरे में गिरा दिया और छाती पर बड़ा पत्थर रख दिया जिससे वह उठ न सके। उधर उत्तम की पत्नी सविता देवी ने सदमे में आकर जहर खा लिया था। उसका श्रीनगर में उपचार चल रहा है।
