इंदिरा मार्केट व आढ़त बाजार के कार्यों में लायी जाए तेजीः मुख्य सचिव

मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन ने गुरुवार को सचिवालय में देहरादून शहर के मोबिलिटी प्लान से सम्बन्धित एकीकृत महानगर परिवहन प्राधिकरण की बैठक ली। बैठक के दौरान मुख्य सचिव ने देहरादून शहर के लिए यातायात संकुलन योजना की प्रगति की जानकारी ली।

मुख्य सचिव ने सभी सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को मोबिलिटी प्लान के तहत सुधारीकरण के लिए चिन्हित स्थानों में सुधार प्रक्रिया शीघ्र शुरू किए जाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने अगले एक माह में कार्य शुरू कराए जाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। मुख्य सचिव ने यातायात नियमों के उल्लंघन पर एनफोर्समेंट बढ़ाए जाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने जिलाधिकारी देहरादून को लगातार इसकी मॉनिटरिंग किए जाने के निर्देश दिए हैं ताकि कार्यों को समय से पूर्ण किया जा सके।

मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि लगातार नई पार्किंग्स स्थल चिन्हित कर तैयार किए जाएं। उन्होंने लोक निर्माण विभाग को अंडरग्राउंड पार्किंग पर भी कार्य किए जाने की बात कही। कहा कि अंडरग्राउंड पार्किंग के लिए सचिवालय एवं परेड ग्राउण्ड के साथ ही चकराता रोड पर उपलब्ध स्थानों की फिजिबिलिटी स्टडी करवा ली जाए। उन्होंने सीएमपी में दिए गए सुझावों और नए चिन्हित सम्भावित पार्किंग स्थलों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर लिया जाए।

मुख्य सचिव ने इंदिरा मार्केट एवं आढ़त बाजार के कार्यों की प्रगति की जानकारी भी विस्तार से जानकारी ली। उन्होंने आढ़त बाजार भूमि आबंटन प्रक्रिया नवंबर तक पूर्ण कर शीघ्र अग्रेत्तर कार्यवाही शुरू किए जाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने इंदिरा मार्केट के फेज-1 और फेज-2 के कार्यों में तेजी लाए जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने दोनों कार्यों के लिए टाईमलाईन निर्धारित कर शीघ्र प्रस्तुत किए जाने की बात कही।

मुख्य सचिव ने परिवहन विभाग को निर्देश दिए कि नई बसें शीघ्र संचालित किए जाने के साथ ही यातायात नियमों के प्रति सजगता बढ़ाए जाने की दिशा में भी लगातार कार्य किए जाने पर बल दिया जाए।

इस अवसर पर जिलाधिकारी देहरादून श्री सविन बंसल, अपर सचिव श्री विनीत कुमार, श्रीमती रीना जोशी, एमएनए श्रीमती नमामी बंसल एवं उत्तराखण्ड मेट्रो रेल कॉरपोरेशन से बृजेश कुमार मिश्रा सहित सम्बन्धित विभागों के उच्चाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
