देहरादून। राज्य में प्रतिमाह 100 यूनिट तक विद्युत खर्च करने वाले उपभोक्ताओं को 50 प्रतिशत सब्सिडी देगी धामी सरकार। उच्च हिमालयी क्षेत्रों के लिए यह मानक 200 यूनिट तक रहेगा। यह सुविधा 01 किलोवाट तक विद्युत भार वाले उपभोक्ताओं को मिलेगी। इस योजना का लाभ लगभग 11 लाख 50 हजार उपभोक्ताओं को मिलेगा। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अपने जन्म दिवस के अवसर पर मुख्य सेवक सदन में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रदेशवासियों को अनेक सौगात दी।

मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर पिटकुल की ए.डी.बी. वित्त पोषत 05 परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया। इन 05 परियोजनाओं में 220 के.वी जी.आई.एस सब स्टेशन सेलाकुई एवं संबंधित लाईन के निर्माण कार्य, 132 के.वी जी.आई.एस सब स्टेशन आराघर एवं संबंधित लाईन के निर्माण कार्य, 132 के.वी जी.आई.एस सब स्टेशन लोहाघाट एवं संबंधित लाईन के निर्माण कार्य, 132 के.वी जी.आई.एस सब स्टेशन धौलाखेड़ा एवं संबंधित लाईन के निर्माण कार्य तथा 132 के.वी जी.आई.एस सब स्टेशन खटीमा द्वितीय और संबंधित लाईन के निर्माण कार्य शामिल हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने इस अवसर पर यूपीसीएल की परियोजनाओं गढ़वाल और कुमांऊ क्षेत्र में केन्द्र पोषित आर.डी.एस.एस योजना के अन्तर्गत 16 लाख स्मार्ट मीटरों के स्थापना के कार्य एवं एडीबी द्वारा बाह्य सहायतित उत्तराखण्ड क्लाइमेट रेजिलिएन्ट पावर स्टिम डवलपमेंट प्रोजक्ट के अन्तर्गत देहरादून शहर के प्रमुख मार्गों की विद्युत लाईनों को भूमिगत किये जाने वाले कार्यों का शुभारंभ किया। इसमें लगभग 977 करोड़ की धनराशि खर्च होगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना शहरी के अन्तर्गत निर्मित लक्ष्मी आवास योजना शिकारपुर, रूड़की, हरिद्वार के भवनों के 101 लाभार्थियों को कब्जा पत्र और चाबी सौंपी।

सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड के सतत विकास के लिए राज्य सरकार हर क्षेत्र में तेजी से कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज विद्युत की जिन परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया गया है, इनसे राज्य में विद्युत की आपूर्ति और वितरण व्यवस्था में और सुधार होगा। इससे राज्य में उद्योगों को बढ़ावा मिलने के साथ ही रोजगार में भी वृद्धि होगी। इससे राज्य की आर्थिकी को और मजबूत आधार मिलेगा। स्मार्ट मीटरों से ऊर्जा आपूर्ति प्रणाली सुदृढ़ होगी और आम जनता की बिलिंग सबंधी समस्याएं भी दूर होंगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में विकास के पथ पर निरंतर आगे बढ़ रही है।

कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रेमचन्द अग्रवाल ने कहा कि सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अपने जन्म दिवस के अवसर पर प्रदेशवासियों को कई सौगात दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि कार्यभार संभालने के बाद से मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश में नई कार्य संस्कृति बनाई है। मुख्यमंत्री के कार्यकाल में अनेक बड़े कार्य हो रहे हैं। 977 करोड़ के लागत से देहरादून में विद्युत लाईन को भूमिगत करना एक महत्वपूर्ण कार्य है।
