राजकीय नर्सिंग अधिकारी महासंघ के प्रतिनिधिमंडल द्वारा आज चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशालय में अधिकारियों से वार्ता करते हुए नर्सिंग अधिकारियों को मिलने वाले भत्ते के विषय में चर्चा करते हुए शासनादेश उपलब्ध कराने के लिए निवेदन किया जिस पर महानिदेशक कार्यालय के अधिकारियों द्वारा त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए शासनादेश उपलब्ध कराए।
अध्यक्ष हरिकृष्ण बिजल्वाण ने बताया कि लगातार दून मेडिकल कॉलेज से नवनियुक्त नर्सिंग अधिकारियों द्वारा शिकायत मिल रही थी कि उनको वेतन के साथ किसी भी प्रकार के नर्सिंग भत्ते नहीं मिल रहे हैं, और हमारे स्वास्थ्य विभाग में भी कई जिलों के अस्पतालों में वाहन भत्ता 3000 के स्थान पर 1200 दिया जा रहा है,जिसका आज संगठन द्वारा संज्ञान लेते हुए, अधिकारियों से वार्ता की हमारे स्वास्थ्य विभाग में नर्सिंग अधिकारी को नर्सिंग/पौष्टिक आहार भत्ता 1950 रुपए वर्दी भत्ता ₹500 और धुलाई भत्ता₹300 प्रति माह दिया जाता है।
जबकि चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग में यह भत्ते नहीं दिए जा रहे हैं जिस पर आज हमने कार्रवाई करते हुए महानिदेशालय से शासनादेश एकत्रित करते हुए चिकित्सा शिक्षा निदेशालय प्रेषित किए गए हमारे संगठन द्वारा कर्मचारियों के हित की आगे की लड़ाई चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग और चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य दोनों से समान रूप से लड़ी जाएगी,
