मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन ने बुधवार को सचिवालय में केदारनाथ पुनर्निर्माण एवं बद्रीनाथ मास्टर प्लान के सम्बन्ध में सम्बन्धित विभागों एवं जिलाधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि चारधाम यात्रा सुगम एवं व्यवस्थित रूप से संचालित किए जाने के लिए केदारनाथ और बद्रीनाथ में यात्रा मार्ग एवं दर्शन में आने वाली व्यवहारिक समस्याओं को पहचान कर निराकरण किया जाना आवश्यक है। इस अवसर पर मुख्य सचिव ने केदारनाथ पुनर्निर्माण एवं बद्रीनाथ मास्टर प्लान कार्यों की प्रगति की भी जानकारी ली।
मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि चारधाम यात्रा कर रहे श्रद्धालुओं को यात्रा के दौरान और वापसी तक का सुखद अनुभव लेकर जाना चाहिए। हमें इस स्तर की तैयारियां करनी हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि श्रद्धालुओं को दर्शन टोकन देते समय मंदिर में अभी किस नंबर का दर्शन चल रहा है, इसकी जानकारी डिस्प्ले पर मिलनी चाहिए। इस बार चारधाम यात्रा के लिए इसकी अनिवार्य रूप से व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। टोकन लेते समय श्रद्धालु को दर्शन में लगने वाला सम्भावित समय भी बताया जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने व्हील चेयर और चलने में अक्षम श्रद्धालुओं के लिए गोल्फ कार्ट एवं ऑल टेरेन व्हीकल की व्यवस्था भी सुनिश्चित की जाए।
मुख्य सचिव ने यात्रा के दौरान श्रद्धालुओं को आवश्यक एवं उपयुक्त जानकारी प्राप्त हो इसके लिए विभिन्न प्रकार की जानकारियों के लिए जगह-जगह साईनेज और क्यू आर कोड आधारित सूचना पटल की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश के सभी पर्यटन स्थलों के लिए सर्टिफाईड गाईड व्यवस्था उपलब्ध करायी जानी चाहिए। उन्होंने गाईड प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के लिए पर्यटन विभाग कार्य योजना तैयार करे।
मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि केदारनाथ रोपवे संचालित होने के बाद केदारनाथ मंदिर परिसर, गौरीकुंड एवं सोनप्रयाग में श्रद्धालुओं का अत्यधिक दबाव बढ़ने की सम्भावना को देखते हुए अभी से तैयारियां सुनिश्चित कर ली जाएं। उन्होंने इसके लिए केदारनाथ मंदिर परिसर क्षेत्र विस्तार और गौरीकुंड एवं सोनप्रयाग में पार्किंग एवं अन्य सुविधाओं के लिए क्षेत्र विस्तार की सम्भावनाओं को तलाशे जाने के भी निर्देश दिए।
इस अवसर पर सचिव डॉ. वी. षणमुगम, श्री धीराज सिंह गर्ब्याल, जिलाधिकारी रूद्रप्रयाग श्री प्रतीक जैन एवं वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जिलाधिकारी चमोली श्री गौरव कुमार सहित अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित है।
