गिरफ्तार: पत्रकार योगेश डिमरी पर हमले का दूसरा आरोपी गिरफ्तार…

 

ऋषिकेश। इंदिरा नगर ऋषिकेश क्षेत्र में हुई मारपीट व जानलेवा हमले की घटना में हिस्ट्रीशीटर सुनील उर्फ गंजे के बेटे को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया है। घटना में पूर्व में पुलिस द्वारा सुनील उर्फ गंजे को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा गया था।

कोतवाली ऋषिकेश के प्रभारी निरीक्षक राजेंद्र सिंह खोलिया ने बताया कि दो सितंबर को संदीप भंडारी पुत्र श्री दयाल सिहं भंडारी निवासी 14 बीघा मुनिकीरेती, टिहरी गढवाल द्वारा योगेश डिमरी को जान से मारने की नीयत से उनके साथ मारपीट किये जाने के सम्बन्ध में तहरीर दी गयी थी। तहरीर के आधार पर थाना ऋषिकेश पर सुनील गंजा आदि के खिलाफ अभियोग पंजीकृत किया गया था। उक्त घटना में पुलिस द्वारा कार्यवाही करते हुए नामजद अभियुक्त सुनील उर्फ गंजा पुत्र लाखन निवासी गली नंबर दो इन्द्रानगर ऋषिकेश को शनि देव मन्दिर रानीपोखरी से गिफ्तार किया गया था, जो वर्तमान में जेल में बन्द है।

घटना के संबंध में एसएसपी देहरादून द्वारा प्रभारी निरीक्षक ऋषिकेश को ठोस साक्ष्यों के आधार पर प्रभावी वैधानिक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए थे, जिसके क्रम में अभियोग की विवेचना के दौरान उक्त घटना में पूर्व में गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त सुनील उर्फ गंजा के पुत्र आयुष वालिया का नाम प्रकाश में आया। गठित टीम द्वारा आयुष वालिया पुत्र सुनील उर्फ गंजा निवासी इन्द्रानगर ऋषिकेश को इन्द्रानगर ऋषिकेश से गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
