आयुक्त दीपक रावत की अध्यक्षता में विकास कार्यों की समीक्षा, गुणवत्तापूर्ण निर्माण पर जोर

कुमाऊं आयुक्त दीपक रावत की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को कैम्प कार्यालय हल्द्वानी में कुमाऊं मण्डल में कार्यदायी संस्था पेयजल निगम द्वारा 5 करोड़ से अधिक लागत की योजनाओं के कार्यों की समीक्षा आयोजित की गई।

समीक्षा के दौरान आयुक्त ने कार्यदायी संस्थाओं को अपूर्ण कार्यों को शीघ्र पूरा कर हैंडओवर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि कार्यदायी संस्था निर्माण कार्य में गुणवत्ता का ध्यान रखें। किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही क्षम्य नहीं होगी। साथ ही आयुक्त ने संस्थानों के परिसरों को हरित (ग्रीन) बनाने पर जोर दिया और निर्देश दिए कि वर्षाकाल में सभी भवन परिसरों में पौधारोपण किया जाए।

समीक्षा के दौरान जी॰एम॰ पेयजल निगम, मृदुला सिंह, ने बताया कि जनपद नैनीताल में 5 करोड़ से अधिक के 8 कार्य प्रगतिशील हैं तथा कुछ कार्य पूर्ण हो चुके हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि 90 बैड का अत्याधुनिक चिकित्सालय मोतीनगर हल्द्वानी में तैयार हो चुका है, भवन हस्तांतरण की कार्यवाही गतिमान है। इसके साथ ही काठगोदाम बस टर्मिनल का कार्य 60 प्रतिशत पूर्ण हो चुका है, समयावधि में कार्य को पूर्ण कर लिया जाएगा। साथ ही रामनगर बस टर्मिनल का कार्य भी गतिमान है, उसे भी समय से पूर्ण कर लिया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि भीमताल में 10 बैड का आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सालय भवन का कार्य भी पूर्ण हो चुका है। उन्होंने बताया कि हल्द्वानी सुशीला तिवारी चिकित्सालय में परीक्षाकक्ष, अथवा टीबी चिकित्सालय के लिए 60 बैड भवन निर्माण का कार्य लगभग पूर्ण हो चुका है।

महाप्रबंधक श्रीमती सिंह ने बताया कि गौलापार हल्द्वानी में परिवहन विभाग के लिए चालक प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र, आरटीओ कार्यालय आदि जिस भूमि पर बनने थे, उक्त भूमि पर रेलवे द्वारा आपत्ति दर्ज की गई है जबकि शासन स्तर से धनराशि आवंटित हो चुकी है। जिस पर आयुक्त ने आरटीओ हल्द्वानी से दूरभाष पर वार्ता कर निर्देश दिए कि उक्त भूमि में आपत्ति है तो अन्यत्र भूमि तलाशी जाए ताकि कार्य शीघ्र प्रारंभ किया जा सके।

मण्डल में सरकार द्वारा खेलों को बढ़ावा देने हेतु हॉकी टर्फ, फुटबॉल ग्राउंड, एथलीट ट्रैकिंग ग्राउंड का कार्य गतिमान है। जिसके अंतर्गत हल्द्वानी स्पोर्ट्स स्टेडियम गौलापार में हॉकी टर्फ ग्राउंड का कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया गया है। साथ ही रुद्रपुर में फुटबॉल ग्राउंड का कार्य भी गतिमान है तथा चम्पावत व पिथौरागढ़ में भी एथलीट ट्रैकिंग ग्राउंड का कार्य भी गतिमान है।

महाप्रबंधक पेयजल निगम ने बताया कि मण्डल में जनपद ऊधमसिंह नगर में 5 करोड़ से अधिक धनराशि के 9 कार्य, जनपद अल्मोड़ा में 3 कार्य, जनपद चम्पावत में 10 कार्य तथा पिथौरागढ़ में 5 कार्य संचालित हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि जनपद बागेश्वर में 5 करोड़ के कम लागत से कार्य संचालित हो रहे हैं।

बैठक में संयुक्त निदेशक अर्थसंख्या राजेन्द्र तिवारी के साथ ही कुमाऊं मण्डल के कार्यदायी संस्था पेयजल निगम के प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर उपस्थित थे।
