धराली: उत्तरकाशी जनपद के धराली क्षेत्र में आई आपदा के बाद राहत और बचाव कार्यों का निरीक्षण कर रहे मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के सामने शुक्रवार को एक अत्यंत भावुक कर देने वाला दृश्य सामने आया, जिसने वहां उपस्थित सभी लोगों की आंखें नम कर दीं।

गुजरात के अहमदाबाद स्थित ईशनपुर निवासी श्रीमती धनगौरी बरौलिया अपने परिवार के साथ गंगोत्री दर्शन के लिए उत्तराखंड आई थीं। 5 अगस्त को आई भीषण आपदा के कारण वे धराली में अपने परिवार सहित फंस गईं। मार्ग अवरुद्ध होने और लगातार मलबा व तेज बहाव के कारण स्थिति अत्यंत चुनौतीपूर्ण हो गई थी।

प्रदेश सरकार के निर्देशों पर आपदा प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में त्वरित राहत व बचाव कार्य प्रारंभ किए गए। मुख्यमंत्री स्वयं तीन दिनों से लगातार क्षेत्र में मौजूद रहकर राहत कार्यों की निगरानी कर रहे हैं। रेस्क्यू टीमों के अथक प्रयासों से श्रीमती बरौलिया और उनके परिवार को सुरक्षित निकाला गया।

रक्षाबंधन से पहले दिन जब मुख्यमंत्री प्रभावित क्षेत्र में मौजूद थे, तब श्रीमती बरौलिया ने भावुक होकर अपने दुपट्टे का एक टुकड़ा फाड़कर उसे राखी के रूप में मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी को बांधा। यह दृश्य वहां उपस्थित सभी लोगों को गहराई से छू गया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने भी इस भावनात्मक क्षण को विनम्रता से स्वीकार करते हुए कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार आपदा की इस घड़ी में हर प्रभावित नागरिक के साथ खड़ी है और हर संभव सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार राहत, पुनर्वास और पुनर्निर्माण के लिए पूरी प्रतिबद्धता के साथ कार्य कर रही है।
