संविदा एवं बेरोजगार नर्सिंग अधिकारी महासंघ के पदाधिकारियों द्वारा डीएम जनता दरबार के दिन उपजिलाधिकारी सदर देहरादून को नगर मजिस्ट्रेट श्रीमान प्रत्यूष सिंह के माध्यम से नर्सिंग भर्ती में फर्जी स्थाई निवास से चयनित अभ्यर्थियों के खिलाफ ज्ञापन सौंपा गया। ज्ञापन में स्वास्थ्य विभाग में फर्जी तरीके से स्थाई निवास बनाकर चयनित नर्सिंग अधिकारियों के स्थाई निवास को निरस्त कर दो दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी से कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की गई।

बेरोजगार नर्सिंग संगठन द्वारा मांग की गई की अगर इन फर्जी स्थाई निवासी प्रमाण पत्रों को निरस्त नहीं किया गया और दोषियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं की जाती तो पूरे प्रदेश के नर्सिंग बेरोजगार अनिश्चितकालीन धरना प्रदर्शन के लिए बाध्य होंगे जिसकी सारी जिम्मेदारी एसडीएम प्रशासन सदर की होगी। आप को बताते चले की डोईवाला तहसील में भी इस प्रकार के फर्जी स्थाई निवास का मुद्दा संगठन द्वारा उठाया गया था वहां पर फिरोज खान नाम के अभ्यर्थी का स्थाई निवास रद्द करते हुऐ उसका अभ्यर्थन भी संगठन द्धारा निरस्त करवाया गया है आज ज्ञापन देने वालों में प्रदेश सचिव अंकित भट्ट , प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष शैलेश राणा,गिरीश डंगवाल,विनोद नयाल,मनमोहन पुंडीर, प्रमोद चमोली,गजेंद्र नेगी, योगेश मठपाल,मंजीत कैंतुरा,विशाल,वरिष्ठ सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता एवम मीडिया प्रभारी महीपाल सिह कृषाली आदि नर्सिंग बेरोजगार उपस्थित रहे।
