सांसद राज्यसभा डा. नरेश बंसल ने जनहित का अति महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दा उठाया…

डा.नरेश बंसल ने स्पेशल मेनशन मे सदन को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आमजन के लिए प्राइवेट इलाज बहुत महंगा है क्योकि उसकी सरकार द्वारा कोई दर तय नही है जैसे की सीजीएचएस व सरकारी दर तय है।

डा. नरेश बंसल ने सदन का ध्यान आकृष्ट करते हुए कहा की देश में निजी क्षेत्र के अस्पतालों की इलाज दरों में घोर असमानता है। निजी अस्पतालों के महंगे इलाज के एवज में बीमार व्यक्ति को भारी-भरकम बिल चुकाना पड़ता है, जिससे उसकी आर्थिक स्थिति खराब हो जाती है।

इसका एक मुख्य कारण निजी अस्पताल की दरों पर कोई नियंत्रण न होना है। निजी अस्पताल मरीजों से इलाज के एवज में मनमाने तरीके से धनराशि वसूलते हैं, इसकी कोई पॉलिसी नहीं है। पॉलिसी के अभाव में जनता इलाज के लिए मनमानी राशि देने हेतु बाध्य है।

डा. नरेश बंसल ने सदन मे कहा कि आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी सरकार ने गरीब आदमी के इस मर्म को समझा व प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना एवं आयुष्मान योजना लागू की जो इसमे मिल का पत्थर साबित हुई है।जिसने गरीब को अच्छा इलाज व राहत दी है।आज गरीब आदमी का 5लाख तक इलाज सरकारी व प्राइवेट अस्पताल मे होता है व दवा जन औषधीय केन्द्र से सस्ते दर पर मिलती है उत्तराखंड मे तो डबल इंजन की सरकार द्वारा यह सुविधा सभी नागरिको के लिए है।

डा. नरेश बंसल ने सभापति जी को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि महोदय, मैं सरकार के संज्ञान में लाना चाहता हूं कि देश में संचालित मेडिक्लेम कंपनियां अपने पॉलिसी होल्डर को सस्ती दरों पर इन्हीं निजी अस्पतालों में इलाज कराने के लिए समझौता करती हैं, जिनकी दर काफी कम है।

इसी प्रकार सीजीएचएस की दर भी है। जब छोटी-छोटी मेडिक्लेम कंपनियां, निजी अस्पतालों से समझौता करके सस्ती दरों पर इलाज करा सकती हैं, तो सरकार क्यों निजी अस्पतालों के लिए दर तय नहीं करती, जिसके आधार पर जनता सस्ती दरों पर इलाज करा सके?

डा. नरेश बंसल ने सदन के माध्यम से सरकार से मांग करी कि निजी अस्पतालों में इलाज हेतु विभिन्न उपचार और प्रक्रियाओं समेत सभी चीजों की दर तय की जाए,जिसके आधार पर आम नागरिक निजी अस्पतालों से सस्ती दरों पर इलाज करा सकें जो सस्ता हो।
