उत्तराखंड के गढ़वाल से लोकसभा सांसद और भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) के राष्ट्रीय मीडिया प्रमुख अनिल बलूनी ने मंगलवार को केंद्रीय गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह से मुलाकात की।
इस दौरान उन्होंने चमोली जिले के सीमांत क्षेत्रों में कनेक्टिविटी और विकास परियोजनाओं को गति देने के लिए 543 करोड़ रुपये की योजनाओं की मांग रखी। गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने इस पर सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा कि गढ़वाल के सीमांत क्षेत्रों में विकास कार्यों को जल्द से जल्द आगे बढ़ाया जाएगा।
सांसद अनिल बलूनी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में सरकार सीमांत गांवों के विकास को प्राथमिकता दे रही है। प्रधानमंत्री ने इन गांवों को “देश के पहले गांव” का दर्जा दिया है और “वाइब्रेंट विलेज” जैसी योजनाओं के माध्यम से सीमावर्ती इलाकों में बुनियादी सुविधाओं का विस्तार किया जा रहा है. उत्तराखंड से प्रधानमंत्री मोदी का विशेष लगाव रहा है, और उनके विजन को साकार करने के लिए सभी प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।
अनिल बलूनी द्वारा प्रस्तुत विकास योजनाओं में प्रमुख रूप से 66 नई सड़कों के निर्माण का प्रस्ताव शामिल है, जिससे दूरस्थ गांवों में आवागमन आसान होगा। सीमावर्ती इलाकों में बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी से न केवल स्थानीय लोगों को लाभ मिलेगा, बल्कि यह सामरिक दृष्टि से भी महत्वपूर्ण साबित होगा।
अनिल बलूनी ने गृह मंत्री अमित शाह का विशेष आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि गढ़वाल के सीमांत गांवों के विकास को लेकर उनका रुख हमेशा सकारात्मक रहा है। उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि जल्द ही इन परियोजनाओं पर काम शुरू होगा और सीमांत क्षेत्रों में विकास की नई लहर देखने को मिलेगी।
