अल्मोड़ा। जनपद अलमोड़ा में तहसील के राजस्व क्षेत्र से सनसनी खेज खबर सामने आ रही है। जानकारी के अनुसार यहां एक नाबालिग छात्रा दुष्कर्म के बाद गर्भवती हो गई। जिससे परिवार में हड़कंप मच गया बताया जा रहा है कि जब नाबालिग की तबियत ज्यादा खराब हो गई तो उसे अस्पताल ले जाया गया जहां परिजनों को नाबालिग के गर्भवती होने की जानकारी मिली।
वहीं अस्पताल में इलाज के दौरान गर्भ में ही छह माह के भ्रूण की मौत हो गई। चिकित्सकों ने किसी तरह नाबालिग की जान बचाई।
घटना की जानकारी मिलने के बाद परिजनों ने क्षेत्र के राजस्व पुलिस में तहरीर देकर आरोपी के खिलाफ शिकायत की, जिसके बाद आरोपी के खिलाफ पॉक्सो सहित विभिन्न धाराओं में प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई। मुकदमा दर्ज करने के बाद राजस्व पुलिस आरोपी की तलाश में जुट गई है। बताया जा रहा है कि, दोनों आस- पास के ही रहने वाले हैं।
पीड़ित नाबालिग के परिजनों की तहरीर पर कार्रवाई की गई है। परिजनों से नामजद रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई है। नाबालिग के साथ दुष्कर्म की घटना छह माह पहले होना पाया गया है, जिस कारण आरोपी के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 313 व 376 तथा 2/3 पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया है। मामले में पीड़िता के बयान लिए गए हैं। वहीं आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी की कार्रवाई तेज कर दी है। दिवान सिंह सलाल, नायब तहसीलदार
