उत्तरकाशी: जनपद उत्तरकाशी में मोरी ब्लॉक के ग्राम डगोली में कुंभ दास का मकान आग लगने से पूर्ण रूप से नष्ट हो गया जिसमें रखा सामान फर्नीचर , गद्दे, कपड़े, बर्तन, आभूषण आदि आग की चपेट में आ गए ।
कुंभ दास गरीब परिवार से है, आजीविका का कोई साधन नहीं है,
हिमालय हेरीटेज सोसायटी द्वारा कुंभ दास को इस अग्निकांड से राहत पहुंचाने के लिए आर्थिक मदद और राशन वितरण किया गया।
सोसाइटी के सचिव रजनीश कौंसवाल ने कहा है कि सोसाइटी उत्तराखंड में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में भारी बारिश और प्राकृतिक दैवीय आपदाओं में लगातार जनता के बीच राहत में बचाव कार्य में प्रयासरत है, और आगे भी निरंतर इसी प्रकार कार्य करती रहेगी ,
इस राहत और राशन वितरण कार्यक्रम में सोसाइटी के वरिष्ठ सदस्य सीताराम भट्ट जी, अध्यक्ष राजपाल नेगी जी, दीपक शर्मा जी, कमल किशोर जी , मोरी ब्लॉक से क्षेत्र पंचायत सदस्य सैनू राम जी, और शंभू दास के परिवार के सदस्य उपस्थित थे ।
