देहरादून : जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल की अध्यक्षता में आज ऋषिपर्णा सभागार कलेक्टेªट में राज्य स्थापना दिवस के अवसर पर आयोजित होने वाले भव्य कार्यक्रम की तैयारियों एवं व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर बैठक हुई।
जिलाधिकारी ने आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रमों की रूपरेखा को साझा करते हुए रेखीय विभागों के सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को कार्यक्रम के सफल सम्पादन एवं सौंपे गए दायित्वों के निर्वहन हेतु आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि राज्य स्थापना दिवस को देवभूमि रजत उत्सव के रूप में राज्य स्थापना दिवस समारोह को 07 दिवसीय कार्यक्रम के रूप में धूमधाम एवं हर्षोल्लास के साथ मनाए जाने हेतु निर्णय लिया गया है।
जिलाधिकारी ने विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि आपसी समन्वय से कार्य करें तथा जिन विभागों को जिम्मेदारी दी गई है वह समयबद्ध अपनी तैयारियां पूर्ण कर लें। साथ ही निर्देशित किया कि कार्यक्रम स्थल पर समुचित व्यवस्थाओं के साथ ही पेयजल, विद्युत, पार्किंग आदि व्यवस्थाएं समय पर पूर्ण करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
उन्होंने लोनिवि को कार्यक्रम स्थलों के आवागमन रूट पर सड़क, सुधारीकरण, नगर निगम को सफाई व्यवस्था, विद्युत विभाग को कार्यक्रम स्थलों पर निर्बाध विद्युत व्यवस्था के साथ ही पेयजल/जल संस्थान के अधिकारियों को पेयजल व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करें के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि विभागीय कार्यों की उच्च स्तर पर मॉनिटिरिंग करें।
09 नवम्बर 2024 को राज्य की 25 वीं वर्षगांठ को देवभूमि रजत उत्सव के रूप में भव्यता से राज्य स्थापना दिवस समारोह मनाया जा रहा है, जो कि 06 नवम्बर से 12 नवम्बर 2024 तक विभिन्न स्थानों पर कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जा रहे हैं।
06 नवम्बर को नई दिल्ली में माननीय मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा निर्माणाधीन उत्तराखण्ड भवन का उद्घाटन, 07 नवम्बर को दून यूनिवर्सिटी देहरादून में प्रवासी उत्तराखण्ड सम्मेलन, 08 नवम्बर को हिमालय सांस्कृतिक केन्द्र गढी कैन्ट में सास्कृतिक कार्यक्रम, 09 नवम्बर को शहीद स्मारक कलेक्टेªट परिसर श्रद्धाजंलि कार्यक्रम, पुलिस लाईन रेसकोर्स में रजत उत्सव एवं लोगो का अनावरण, पुलिस परेड एवं उत्तराखण्ड गौरव सम्मान वितरण समारोह का आयोजन, 10 नवम्बर को खेल प्रतियोगिता सम्पन्न कराए जाएंगे।
11 नवम्बर को कृषि एवं कृषक कल्याण महिला सशक्तीकरण एवं बाल विकास, शिक्षा विभाग, कौशल विकास विभाग द्वारा कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जांएगें। 11 नवम्बर हो हर की पैड़ी हरिद्वार में आयोजित दीपोत्सव कार्यक्रम, 12 नवम्बर 2024 को सांय ईगास कार्यक्रम का आयोजन माननीय मुख्यमंत्री आवास पर किया जाएगा।
बैठक में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह, अपर जिलाधिकारी प्रशासन जयभारत सिंह, अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक नगर प्रमोद कुमार, नगर मजिस्टेªट प्रत्युष सिंह, उप जिलाधिकारी हरिगिरि, उप नगर आयुक्त गोपाल राम बिनवाल, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ संजय जैन, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी प्रदीप रावत सहित पेयजल, जल संस्थान, लोनिवि, विद्युत, आदि सम्बन्धित विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
