देहरादून: जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल की अध्यक्षता एवं वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक अजय सिंह की उपस्थिति में ऋषिपर्णा सभागार कलेक्ट्रेट में सड़क सुरक्षा समिति एवं शहर की पार्किंग व्यवस्था को लेकर बैठक आयोजित की गई। देहरादन में राज्य की प्रथम महिला स्वयं सहायता द्वारा संचालित वाहन पार्किंग सुविधा मिलने जा रही है जिसकी समुचित तैयारी जिला प्रशासन द्वारा कर ली गई है।

मा० मुख्यमंत्री की प्रेरणा से जिला प्रशासन द्वारा प्रायोजित राज्य की प्रथम, महिला समूह आपरेटेड परेड ग्राउंड ओटोमेटेड पार्किंग, जनमानस को जल्द होगी समर्पित होने जा रही है। आटोमेटेड पार्किंग निःशुल्क लक्सरी ईवी शटल सेवा, सुरक्षा, आधुनिक सुविधा से लैस होगी। जिला प्रशासन व्यापारिक संगठनः टैक्सी एसोसिएशन; हितधारकों के सहयोग से सुगम यातायात व्यवस्था तैयारी में लगा है।

जिलाधिकारी ने शहर में पार्किंग व्यवस्था जनमानस को व्यवस्थित पार्किंग सुविधा हेतु आटोमेटेड पार्किंग में गार्ड, ईवी शटल सेवा सुविधा, वाहन चालक आदि सुविधा मिलेगी। पार्किंग तक वाहन लाने तथा ले जाने हेतु वाहन चालक, एवं निशुल्क शटल सेवा सुविधा प्रदान की जा रही है। पार्किंग का संचालन महिला स्वयं सहायता समहों द्वारा किया जाएगा जो कि राज्य अपने तरह का एक नया प्रयोग है।

इससे जहां महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों की आर्थिकी बढेगी वहीं जनमानस को सुगम पार्किंग सुविधा मिलेगी। शुरूआती चरण में तिब्बती मार्केट, परेड ग्राउण्ड, कोरोनेशन में स्थापित आटोमेटेड पार्किंग का संचालन महिला स्वयं सहायता समूह द्वारा किया जा जाएगा।

वहीं परेड ग्राउण्ड, तिब्बती मार्केट के आसपास सुभाष रोड, एस्लेहॉल इन्दिरा मार्केट घंटाघरपल्टन बाजार तक व्यापारिक संस्थानो, जनमानस को सुगम पार्किंग सुविधा मिलेगी। जल्द ही सचिवालय एवं विकासभवन में भी आटोमेटेड पार्किंग देखने को मिलेगी जिसके लिए जिला प्रशासन तैयारी कर रहा है।

पार्किंग पर सुरक्षा गार्ड, वाहन चालक तथा शटल सेवा की सहूलियत दी जाएगी। जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देश दिए कि पार्किंग में व्यवसायिक संस्थानों को सुविधा दी जाएगी। डीएम ने इसके लिए नगर मजिस्ट्रेट, आरटीओ, पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी नगर को व्यापारिक संगठनों, टैक्सी एसोसिएशन के साथ बैठक करते हुए सर्वे रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए। व्यापारिक संस्थान में आने वाले जनमानस व्यापारियों आदि के लिए वाहन पार्क करने हेतु चालक तथा सटल सेवा भी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

बैठक में शहर की वाहन पार्किंग संचालन, यातायात व्यवस्था, घंटाघर पर वाहन प्रबंधन, ट्रैफिक मैनेजमेंट, आईएसबीटी पर शाइनेज, आशारोड़ी ब्लैक स्पॉट सुधारीकरण आदि बिन्दुओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा हुई।

आईएसबीटी पर ट्रैफिक प्लान तथा आशारोड़ी ब्लैक स्पॉट के सुधारीकरण हेतु मौके पर ही स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हुए तत्काल कार्य शुरू करने के निर्देश आरटीओ को दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने संभागीय परिवहन अधिकारी, पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी यातायात को निर्देशित किया कि वे शहर के भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाकों प्रमुख चौक चौराहों पर जहांतहां वाहन खड़ा कर सवारी उतारने चढाने वाले वाहन चालकों पर प्रर्वतन की कार्यवाही करें।

इस अवसर पर वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक अजय सिंह, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह, नगर मजिस्ट्रेट प्रत्युष सिंह, उप जिलाधिकारी सदर हरिगिरि, संभागीय परिहन अधिकारी संदीप सैनी, अनिता चौहान, एआरटीओ पंकज, ईई आर डब्लू डी विनित कुरिल, पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी यातायात जगंदीश पंत आदि उपस्थित रहे।
