हल्द्वानी: बुधवार सुबह से हो रही मूसलधार बारिश ने शहर का जनजीवन अस्त-व्यस्त कर दिया है। बारिश के चलते शहर के अधिकतर बरसाती नाले उफान पर आ गए हैं। फायर ब्रिगेड ऑफिस के पीछे बहने वाली नहर में एक कार बहाव की चपेट में आ गई। एसपी सिटी प्रकाश चंद्र ने बताया कि कार में कुल सात लोग सवार थे, जिसमें एक बच्चे समेत चार लोगों की मौत हो गई है और तीन लोगों का उपचार चल रहा है। नहर का तेज बहाव होने के चलते कार बह गई।
शहर के अन्य क्षेत्र देवखड़ी, रक्सिया और कलसिया नाले में भी पानी का बहाव तेज़ है। इन क्षेत्रों में भी लोगों को सतर्क रहने की सलाह दी गई है।
