देहरादून : मंगलवार देहरादून मसूरी रोड पर अनंत नारायण महादेवन निर्देशित आगामी बॉलीवुड फ़िल्म “पास्ट टेंस” के सेट पर बॉलीवुड के सुप्रसिद्ध फ़िल्म अभिनेता परेश रावल से महानिदेशक सूचना और उत्तराखण्ड फ़िल्म विकास परिषद (UFDC) में मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी बंशीधर तिवारी ने मुलाक़ात की। इस अवसर पर संयुक्त निदेशक सूचना और संयुक्त मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी डा नितिन उपाध्याय भी उपस्थित रहे।
परेश रावल ने अभी तक अपने फ़िल्म करियर में 240 से ज़्यादा फ़िल्मों में काम किया है और कई पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित हुए हैं। फ्लाइंग स्टोंस फ़िल्म के बैनर टेल बन रही फ़िल्म “पास्ट टेंस” जिसका निर्देशन अनंत नारायण महादेवन द्वारा किया जा रहा है। इस फ़िल्म के मुख्य किरदारों में श्री परेश रावल, आदित्य रावल, आदिल हुसैन, शरीब हाशमी, तनिष्ठा चटर्जी, गगन देव रीआर, स्मिता ताम्बे , सतीश शर्मा और शरद्धा भट्ट अभिनय कर रहें हैं। यह फ़िल्म एक सोशल फ़ैमिली ड्रामा फ़िल्म है, जिसमें अधिक से अधिक से सपोर्ट क्रू स्थानीय स्तर से लिये लिया गया है।
महानिदेशक सूचना श्री बंशीधर तिवारी ने बताया प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा पारित नई फ़िल्म नीति में फ़िल्मों के लिए पहले अधिक अनुदान की राशि को सम्मिलित किया गया है, ओटीटी प्लेटफ़ार्म पर रिलीज़ फ़िल्मों और वेब सीरीज को भी अनुदान हेतु सम्मिलित किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देशानुसार सरकार फ़िल्म निर्माण से जुड़े प्रत्येक क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए पूर्णरूप से प्रतिबद्ध है। प्रदेश सरकार फ़िल्म निर्माण से राज्य में प्रत्यक्ष रोज़गार की नयी गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देने के साथ ही राज्य के पर्यटन को भी प्रोत्साहित कर रही है। इस नयी पारित फ़िल्म पालिसी में उत्तराखंड के अनछुए शूटिंग डेस्टिनेशन को बढ़ावा देने का भी प्रावधान है। उत्तराखण्ड फ़िल्म विकास परिषद (UFDC) पर्यटन विभाग के सहयोग से नये शूटिंग डेस्टिनेशंस को भी लगातार चिन्हित करने का कार्य कर रही है ताकि राज्य में नये शूटिंग डेस्टिनेशंस को बढ़ावा मिले, और फिल्मों के माध्यम से उत्तराखंड के अपेक्षाकृत कम प्रसिद्ध पर्यटक स्थलों का भी प्रचार हो सके।
मुलाक़ात के दौरान बातचीत में श्री परेश रावल ने महानिदेशक सूचना श्री बंशीधर तिवारी को बताया कि अभी हाल ही में उन्होंने अपनी दो बॉलीवुड फ़िल्मो की शूटिंग उत्तराखण्ड में कम्प्लीट की है जिनका पोस्ट प्रोडक्शन का काम अभी चल रहा है और वो भी जल्द ही रिलीज़ होने की कगार पर हैं।
राज्य में लागू हुई नयी फ़िल्म नीति की सारहना करते हुए करते हुए श्री रावल ने उत्तराखण्ड फ़िल्म विकास परिषद (UFDC) द्वारा लागू सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम को सराहते हुए बताया कि राज्य में सभी प्रकार की शूटिंग परमिशन प्रक्रिया के सरल से होने के कारण उत्तराखण्ड बॉलीवुड और देश के अन्य राज्यों के लिए संपूर्ण एक फ़िल्म फ्रेंडली डेस्टिनशन के रूप उभर रहा हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस नयी नीति के अन्तर्गत फ़िल्म शूटिंग को बढ़ाने के लिए सभी पहलुओं पर बारीकी से काम किया गया है। हिन्दी और स्थानीय फ़िल्मों को बढ़े हुए अनुदान की व्यवस्था और ससमय निःशुल्क शूटिंग परमिशन मिलने के कारण बाहर से आने वाले फ़िल्मकारों को राज्य में अधिक से अधिक शूटिंग करने का प्रोत्साहन मिल रहा है, और बताया कि यहाँ स्थानीय लोगो द्वारा भी शूटिंग के दौरान हर प्रकार की सहायता भी मिलती जिससे राज्य को फ़िल्मों की शूटिंग के लिए एक अनुकूल माहौल तैयार करने में मदद मिलती है। उनके अनुसार इस नई फिल्म नीति से फ़िल्म निर्माताओं में उत्साह का माहौल है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि प्रदेश में पिछले कुछ समय से फ़िल्म और वेब सीरीज शूटिंग में तेज़ी आयी है । अभी हाल ही में पिछले दिनों निर्माता निर्देशक श्री विपुल शाह की एक कॉमेडी सस्पेंस फ़िल्म हिसाब का शूट कम्पलीट हुआ था। उससे पहले अनुपम खेर के बैनर “अनुपम खेर स्टूडियो” की फ़िल्म “तन्वी द ग्रेट” का शूट भी लैंसडौन में कैम्पलीट हुआ है। जिसकी शूटिंग यहाँ 36 दिनों तक कि गई है। राज शांडिल्य निर्देशित फ़िल्म “विकी विद्या का वो वाला वीडियो” की शूटिंग भी मार्च के महीने में कम्पलीट हुई है जिसमें मुख्य भूमिकाओं में राजकुमार राव और तृप्ति डिमरी हैं। इसके पहले काजोल और कृति सेनन अभिनीत “दो पत्ती” का शूट दिसम्बर माह में समाप्त हुआ था ।
संयुक्त निदेशक सूचना डा नितिन उपाध्याय ने बताया कि उत्तराखण्ड में शूट हुई “11 11” (ग्यारह-ग्यारह) वेब सीरिज़ zee5 पर देखी जा सकती जिसमें उत्तराखण्ड के ही डांसिंग स्टार राघव जुयाल मुख्य किरदारों में शामिल है। zee5 पर ही “रौतू का राज” फ़िल्म को भी देखा जा सकता है जिसमें मुख्य अभिनय नवाजुद्दीन सिद्धिकी ने किया है। वेब सीरिज़ “लाइफ हिल गई” को डिज़्नी हॉटस्टार पर देखा जा सकता है, जिसमें उत्तराखंड के बहुत से कलाकारों हो शामिल किया गया है। अमित सियाल द्वारा अभिनीत एक फ़िल्म जिसका नाम “तिकड़म” जियो सिनेमा प्रीमियम पर इसी माह 23 अगस्त को रिलीज़ हुई है।
प्रदेश में गढ़वाली, कुमाऊनी और जौनसारी स्थानीय भाषाओं की फ़िल्मों की शूटिंग की संख्या में भी लगातार बढ़ोतरी देखने को मिल रही है। अभी पिछले कुछ महीनों में उत्तराखंड की क्षेत्रीय बोली में बनी गढ़वाली फ़िल्में मीठी, असगार, शहीद, संस्कार भी रिलीज़ हुईं है जिनको उत्तराखंड में और राज्य के बाहर के दर्शकों द्वारा काफ़ी सराहा जा रहा है।
