देहरादून: जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल की अध्यक्षता में आज ऋषिपर्णा सभागार कलेक्टेªट में जनता दर्शन जनसुनवाई कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया है। जनसुनवाई में आज 85 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई जिसमें अधिकतर शिकायतें भूमि से सम्बन्धित प्राप्त हुई। प्राप्त शिकायतों में अधिकतर शिकायतें भूमि से सम्बन्धित प्राप्त हुई।
इसके अतिरिक्त वित्तीय धोखाधड़ी, विद्युत, सिंचाई, नगर निगम, एमडीडीए, वन, शिक्षा, पुलिस, आदि विभागों से सम्बन्धित प्राप्त हुई। जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि जनता दर्शन में प्राप्त होेन वाली शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लें। साथ ही निर्देशित किया कि जो शिकायत विभिन्न माध्यम से संज्ञान में आ रही हैं उनपर त्वरित कार्यवाही करें तथा अपने विभागीय स्तर पर भी शिकायतों के निस्तारण की समीक्षा करें।
मुख्यमंत्री के सुखदजन के संकल्प से प्रेरित डीएम का जनता दर्शन शिकायतों का समयबद्ध निस्तारण किया जा रहा है। पुनर्वास पशुलोक में बांध विस्थापित महिला को भूमि फर्जीवाडे़ न्याय की आस जगी है। पुलमा देवी प्रकरण पर डीएम ने बनाई समिति बनाई है। डीएम के जन दर्शन पर जनता का विश्वास बढ रहा है। जनता दर्शन में समाधान, रोजगार, प्रवर्तन सभी समाधान जनमानस को मिल रहे है।
दिव्यांग बबीता को रोजगारपरक प्रशिक्षण व स्वरोगार मौके पर ही जीएमडीआईसी से स्वीकृत कराया वहीं पशुपति इन्कलेव रायुपर, अन्नपूर्णा गुंसाई के निजी प्लाट में सीवर बहने की शिकायत पर आज शाम ही निगम से सफाई करवाई। जनता दर्शन में जर्जर स्कूल भवन की शिकायत पर डीएम नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए सीईओ से एक दिवस भीतर कृत कार्यवाही की रिपोर्ट तलब की साथ ही पूछा कि इतना बजट देने के बाद भवन जर्जर क्यों है सम्बन्धित बीईओ क्या कर रहे है।
इसी प्रकार महीने पूर्व फोरेस्ट सर्वेक्षण के निर्देश फोलो न होेने पर डीएफओ पर कड़ी नाराजगी जताते हुए 3 दिवस भीतर अमल न किये जाने पर कार्यवाही की चेतावनी भी दी। फरियादी के समक्ष ही एमडीडीए XEN से भवन उल्लंघनकर्ता पर प्रवर्तन की तिथि अंकित कराई तथा एमडीडीए के अधिकारियों को नोटिस देने के उपरान्त भी कार्यवाही न होने तलब किया।
जनता दर्शन में शास्त्रीनगर तपोवन निवासी फरियादी पुलमा देवी ने डीलर्स से ऋषिकेश में 2007 भूमि क्रय कि थी जिसकी रजिस्ट्री भी है, जो आवासीय भूमि टिहरी विस्थापित को आंविटत की गई थी, वर्ष 2020 में भूमि स्वामी द्वारा वही भूमि किसी अन्य को विक्रय कर दी। डीएम ने एसडीएम ऋषिकेश की अध्यक्षता में समिति बनाई तथा प्रभारी अधिकारी कलेक्टेªट को निर्देशित किया कि समति से प्राप्त रिपोर्ट एसआईटी लैण्डफ्राड को प्रेषित करें।
जनता दर्शन में रा0उ0 प्राथमिक विद्यालय मियावाला, रा0 आ0 प्रा0 वि0 भाऊवाला, प्राथमिक विद्यालय भाऊवाला तैथ्यो, प्राथमिक विद्यालय सिमोग, की जीर्णशीर्ण होने की शिकायत पर डीएम ने मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी को निर्देशत किया कि तत्काल 1 दिन के भीतर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करें। साथ ही कड़ी नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए कहा खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारियों अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में स्कूलों की रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करें। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि इतना बजट देने के उपरान्त भी स्कूल जर्जर रहे यह बर्दाश्त नही किया जाएगा।
ग्राम तौली, लांघा निवासी हुकम सिंह 2023 से अपनी भूमि सीमांकन के लिए भटक रहे थे, फरियादी ने अपनी फरियाद सुनाई जिस पर डीएम ने वन विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि समय निर्धारित कर बताएं वे सीमांकन कब करेंगे जिस पर वन विभाग के अधिकारियों एक सप्ताह का समय दिया था।फरियादी आज दोबारा पंहुचे तथा डीएम से शिकायत करते हुए कहा वन विभाग के अधिकारियों द्वारा सर्वे नही किया गया, जिस पर डीएम ने वन विभाग के अधिकारियों को एक 03 दिवस में कृत कार्यवाही से अवगत कराने के निर्देश दिए।
परिजात एन्कलेव बद्रीपुर निवासी महिला द्वारा शिकायत करते हुए बताया कि पड़ोसी द्वारा उनकी तरफ नियमविरूद्ध खिड़की खोलते हैं तथा उनके यहां रह रहे मजदूर गाली ग्लोज करते हैं, जिस पर एमडीडीए से अवैध रूप से खिड़की खुली होने की शिकायत पर एमडीडीए द्वारा नोटिस के उपरान्त भी कार्यवाही नही की गई जिस पर डीएम ने एमडीडीए के अधिकारियों कार्यवाही में विलम्ब होने का लिखित रूप में कारण देने तथा कार्यवाही की तिथि अंकित कराई।
वहीं दिव्यांग महिला बबीता के आर्थिक सहायता के आवेेदन पर जिलाधिकारी ने महिला हो रोजगारपरक प्रशिक्षण देने के निर्देश महाप्रबन्घक जिला उद्योग केन्द्र को दिए। शिकायतकर्ता सुमित सिंह ने शिकायत करते कहा उनको मार्ज 2021 से मई 2022 तक वेतन एवं ईपीएफ का भुगतान नही किया हैं वह बीएसएनएल की अनुबन्धित कम्पनी में कार्य करते थे, जिस पर जीएम बीएसएनएल को कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए गए।
वहीं पशुपाति एन्कलेव रायपुर में निजी प्लाट पर सीवर बहने की शिकायत पर डीएम ने नगर निगम के अधिकारियों को आज ही मौके पर सफाई टीम भेज सफाई कराने के निर्देश दिए।
जनता दर्शन कार्यक्रम में अपर जिलाधिकारी वित्त एवं राजस्व के.के मिश्रा, उप जिलाधिकारी मुख्यालय अपूर्वा सिंह, उप जिलाधिकारी कुमकुम जोशी, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी विनोद कुमार ढौंडियाल, जीएमडीआईसी अंजली रावत, जिला प्रोबेशन मीना बिष्ट सहित सम्बन्धित विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
