इसके उपरान्त जिलाधिकारी ने पंचास्थानि चुनावालय का निरीक्षण करते हुए व्यवस्थाएं देखी। इस दौरान अव्यवस्थित रखे अभिलेखों पर नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए उप जिलाधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि निर्वाचन कार्यालय में रखी पत्रावली को व्यवस्थित रखने तथा निर्वाचन के उपरान्त कार्यालय में रखे पुराने अभिलेखों की बाईडिंग कराने तथा कार्यालय में सामग्री व्यवस्थित रूप से रखने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने इस दौरान कार्यालय में चल रहे कार्यों तथा कार्यालय स्टॉफ के बारे में जानकारी ली। इसके उपरान्त जिलाधिकारी ने रिकार्ड रूम का निरीक्षण करते हुए मरम्मत हेतु स्टीमेट तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ कलेक्टेªट परिसर संचालित निर्माण कार्यो का निरीक्षण किया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह एवं उप जिलाधिकारी कुमकुम जोशी, सहायक निदेशक सूचना बी.सी नेगी, मुख्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी कलेक्टेªट कपिल कुमार मौजूद रहे।
