नैनीताल: जिलाधिकारी नैनीताल व जिला आबकारी अधिकारी नैनीताल के दिशा निर्देशों के अनुपालन में आबकारी विभाग के क्षेत्र नैनीताल, हल्द्वानी व रामनगर की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा रामनगर में अवैध रूप से बिक्री किये जाने वाले ढाबों, होटलों व संदिग्ध स्थलों में दबिश दी गयी।
दबिश के दौरान छोई चौराहे के निकट स्थित एक घर की तलाशी ली गयी, तलाशी के दौरान पप्पू गोस्वामी के घर की तलाशी ली गयी, तलाशी के दौरान घर के भीतर बने गढ्ढों में अलग-अलग ब्राण्डों के अलग-अलग गढ्ढों से देशी शराब के 57 पव्वे व विदेशी शराब 115 पव्वे कुल 172 पव्वें बरामद किये गये।
अभियुक्त के विरूद्ध आबकारी अधिनियम की धारा 60 के अन्तर्गत कार्यवाही की गयी है। आगामी चुनाव व उच्चाधिकारियों द्वारा समय-समय पर दिये गये निर्देशों को दृष्टिगत् रखते हुए आबकारी विभाग की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा क्षेत्र रामनगर के साथ-साथ नैनीताल व हल्द्वानी क्षेत्र में अवैध कच्ची शराब की भट्टिटयों के विनिष्टीकरण व संदिग्ध स्थल जहां अवैध मदिरा की बिक्री व परोसी जायेगी, के विरूद्ध तलाशी अभियान जारी रहेगा व पकड़े जाने पर सुसंगत धाराओं के कार्यवाही की जायेगी।
इसके साथ ही आगामी नव वर्ष के अवसर पर रिजोर्ट व होटलों की जांच भी टीम द्वारा की जा रही है। यदि किसी भी रिजोर्ट व होटलों में अवैध मदिरा बिक्री अथवा परोसी जाती है तो उचित कार्यवाही की जाएगी व यह अभियान भविष्य में भी जारी रहेगा।
