सीएम धामी ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार ने हाल ही में प्रदेश के सरकारी स्कूलों में श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता के पाठ को अनिवार्य कर एक महत्वपूर्ण सांस्कृतिक और आध्यात्मिक पहल भी प्रारंभ की है। हमारी सरकार ने राज्य में सभी नागरिकों के लिए एक समान कानून की स्थापना करने के उद्देश्य से देश में सबसे पहले “समान नागरिक संहिता” कानून को लागू करने का ऐतिहासिक निर्णय भी लिया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार देवभूमि उत्तराखंड के सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों और डेमोग्राफी को संरक्षित रखने के प्रति पूर्ण रूप से संकल्पबद्ध है। हमने प्रदेश में एक ओर जहां धर्मांतरण विरोधी और सख्त दंगारोधी कानूनों को लागू किया है वहीं लैंड जिहाद, लव जिहाद और थूक जिहाद जैसी जिहादी मानसिकताओं के खिलाफ भी कड़ी कार्रवाई की है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि “लैंड जिहाद” माफिया प्रदेश में बिना डर के हरा, नीला या पीला कपडा डालकर बेशकीमती सरकारी जमीनों पर कब्जा कर रहे थे। हमने प्रदेश में इस सुनियोजित लैंड जिहाद पर कड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए सात हजार एकड़ से अधिक की सरकारी भूमि को लैंड जिहादियों से मुक्त कराया है।
इसके साथ ही 200 से अधिक अवैध मदरसों को सील करने के साथ ही 500 से अधिक अवैध संरचनाओ को भी हटाया है।हमारी सरकार सनातन धर्म को बदनाम करने का षड्यंत्र करने वाले तत्वों के विरुद्ध भी सख़्ती से कार्रवाई कर रही है। “ऑपरेशन कालनेमि” के माध्यम से उन पाखंडी और विधर्मियों को गिरफ्तार किया जा रहा है जो लोगों को भ्रमित करते हैं और धर्म की गरिमा को ठेस पहुंचाते हैं।हम ऐसे घुसपैठियों को देवभूमि उत्तराखंड में किसी भी स्थिति में बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे, और ये लोग जहां से आये हैं उन्हें वापस वहीं पहुंचाकर ही दम लेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने आई आर डी टी सभागार देहरादून में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ पर पुर्नप्रकाशित पुस्तक के संस्करण “फिलॉसोफी एंड एक्शन ऑफ़ आरएसएस फॉर हिन्द स्वराज” का लोकार्पण किया | इस अवसर पर राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के सरकार्यवाह,श्री दत्तात्रेय होसबोले , राष्ट्रवादी चिंतक एवं ‘प्रज्ञा प्रवाह’ विशिष्ट वैचारिक मंच के संयोजक, श्री जे. नंदकुमार भी उपस्थित थे |
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि वर्ष 1951 में कैथोलिक पादरी फादर एंथोनी द्वारा लिखी गई, पुस्तक “फिलॉसोफी एंड एक्शन ऑफ़ आरएसएस फॉर हिन्द स्वराज” में न केवल संघ की विचारधारा, संगठनात्मक संरचना और कार्यपद्धति का गहन अध्ययन प्रस्तुत किया, बल्कि “हिंद स्वराज” की मूल आत्मा को भी समेकित रूप से समझाने का काम किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि यह पुस्तक हमारी आने वाली पीढ़ियों को राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के प्रारंभिक संघर्षों, त्याग और तपस्या से परिचित कराते हुए उन्हें हमारी वैचारिक परंपरा और कार्यशैली से जोड़ने में सहायक सिद्ध होगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि फादर एंथोनी ने यह पुस्तक उस समय में लिखी जब “राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ” को लेकर समाज में अनेकों प्रकार की भ्रांतियां और गलत धारणाएं फैलाई जा रही थीं। उस चुनौतीपूर्ण कालखंड में फादर एंथोनी ने निष्पक्षता और ईमानदारी के साथ लिखा कि राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ कोई सांप्रदायिक संस्था नहीं, अपितु राष्ट्र निर्माण के लिए समर्पित एक अनुशासित और आध्यात्मिक चेतना से ओतप्रोत संगठन है। उन्होंने संघ के कार्यकर्ताओं के जीवन में अनुशासन, सेवा, समर्पण और देशभक्ति को निकटता से देखा और दुनिया को अवगत कराया कि ये संगठन भारत के पुनर्निर्माण की वास्तविक आधारशिला है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि फादर एन्थोनी ने लिखा कि संघ न केवल हिन्दू धर्म की खोई हुई प्रतिष्ठा को पुनर्स्थापित करने की दिशा में कार्य कर रहा है बल्कि समाज में व्याप्त कुप्रथाओं का अंत कर संपूर्ण भारतवर्ष को एक सूत्र में पिरोने के कार्य में भी जुटा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आद्य सरसंघचालक परम श्रद्धेय डॉ. केशव बलिराम हेडगेवार जी ने जब वर्ष 1925 में राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ की स्थापना की थी, तब भारत न केवल राजनीतिक दृष्टि से पराधीन था, बल्कि मानसिक, सांस्कृतिक और धार्मिक रूप से भी खंडित हो चुका था। आज, राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ ने अपनी सौ वर्षों की तपोमयी यात्रा के माध्यम से भारत में सांस्कृतिक पुनर्जागरण, सामाजिक समरसता, आत्मगौरव और राष्ट्रनिष्ठ सेवा की ऐसी दिव्य धारा प्रवाहित की है, जिसने देश के कोने-कोने में राष्ट्रीय चेतना की अखंड ज्योति प्रज्वलित कर दी है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जो भारत कभी गुलामों वाली मानसिकता से ग्रस्त था, आज अपने सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों, अपनी परंपराओं और अपने वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण पर गर्व करता है, ये आत्मगौरव संघ की तपश्चर्या का ही परिणाम है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में भारत अपनी सांस्कृतिक चेतना के पुनर्जागरण के अमृतकाल में प्रवेश कर चुका है। वर्षों तक उपेक्षित रहे हमारे गौरवशाली इतिहास और सांस्कृतिक विरासत को आज न केवल पुनर्स्थापित किया जा रहा है, बल्कि उन्हें राष्ट्रीय चेतना का आधार भी बनाया जा रहा है। आज हमारी सनातन संस्कृति की पताका संपूर्ण विश्व में गर्व से लहरा रही है और भारत अपनी जड़ों से जुड़ते हुए पुनः विश्वगुरु बनने की ओर तेजी से अग्रसर है। हमारी धार्मिक धरोहरों को जिस प्रकार संजोया और संवारा जा रहा है, वो “न भूतों न भविष्यति” है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आदरणीय मोदी जी के मजबूत नेतृत्व में जहां एक ओर कश्मीर से अनुच्छेद 370 की समाप्ति, ट्रिपल तलाक जैसी कुप्रथा का अंत, नागरिकता संशोधन एवं वक्फ संशोधन जैसे कानूनों के माध्यम से ‘एक भारत, श्रेष्ठ भारत’ की परिकल्पना को साकार किया जा रहा है। वहीं, अंत्योदय के संकल्प को पूर्ण करने के लिए जन-धन योजना, उज्ज्वला योजना, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना और मुफ्त राशन योजना जैसी जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के माध्यम से अंतिम पंक्ति में खड़े व्यक्ति को विकास की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ने का कार्य भी किया जा रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के मार्गदर्शन में हमारी सरकार भी देवभूमि उत्तराखंड की सांस्कृतिक विरासत के संरक्षण एवं संवर्धन हेतु अपने “विकल्प रहित संकल्प” के साथ निरंतर कार्य कर रही है।
